St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Church — Attraction in Houston

I rated it a 5, just because it's a Catholic Church! The building is basic, nothing like the The Co Cathedral, or any building that wows you when you walk in the door, but still, it is a house of our Lord! The pastor is nice and gives good homilies that keep my attention, and I feel that way of the associates as well. They also have more mass times than most churches I have attended. If you are in Houston for a short period of time, I would recommend going to The Co-Cathedral downtown, but if this is your new home, it is a wonderful choice to worship our Lord, Jesus Christ from!

I am so thankful to our Lord, for sending me to St. Vincent De Paul Church. I was in town on a business trip and looked for the closest Church near me, and am still in awe of how Good our God is...I attend service twice on a Tuesday evening and a Friday morning service. I was amazed at how many of the community went through Blessed Sacrament after Mass was over. Eucharistic Adoration is such a beautiful way to adore our Lord, Jesus Christ and to watch the community adore him was so heartwarming. I live for Eucharistic Adoration and was able to enjoy my time with your community, our Blessed Mother and Jesus Christ! God is Good,...

My Dog and I went this past Saturday for The Pet Blessings and Photos. It was Amazing!! The Priests were very nice!! They had many booths. It was like a Farmers Market just for Dogs!!! Lots of Goodies, Treats, etc. We even got Photos taken by a Professional (still waiting to get them), but I'm sure they will be Fantastic!! I have never attended your Church but I wanted to let you know what a wonderful Blessing this was!! We have been to others' Pet Blessings throughout the years, and you guys set the Bar Very high!!!
