The reason why I gave three stars is because I’ve been eating here twice a week for the last three weeks and I hadn’t encountered a problem until today. I Decided on chic fila for dinner. Got there placed my order with a young lady that was in training. She did fine only thing is when she typed in my order I think she forgot to change my cheese from pepper jack to American. I also stated I don’t want anything in my sandwich but cheese. However I got home to realize that they placed pepper jack cheese tomatoes and lettuce like the original deluxe sandwich. I also realized that my lemonade didn’t have ANY sugar in it but hey no biggie I’m home I added my own sugar. Anywho I Called the store and spoke to the team leader Brandon and he told me to return to the store and they would replace my order m. I arrived back this location and placed my order with the young lady and informed her that Brandon told me to return for my order to be replaced. She was very apologetic and told me that my order would be refunded and I would receive a new order. I thanked her and placed a second order for a milkshake. Once I made it to the window they told me that my order was $11. By this time it was my third time telling them that my order was correct. It didn’t ding on me that my first order wasn’t $11 so I didn’t understand how this order was. Anywho the employees at the window all started hollering brandon name like it he was a teacher and I was lying or something . Definitely not the chic fila experience I’m used to but whatever. Some other young lady appeared to the window and they told her the story and she corrected the situation. HOWEVER somewhere down the line communication is being screwed. I found out the ticket was $11 because they placed two sets of fries in with my order. Not to mention they replaced my lemonade and this cup was even WORSE than the first one I received. It was filled with pulp and extremely tart. I poured it out before I even made it back home. Dinner has officially been ruined for tonight. I’ll just enjoy my milkshake...

Individual dine in experiences are usually fine. Fresh hot food, served quickly and with accuracy. Well, unless you were using a promo card or one of those old calendar cards-- then all bets are off.
To go orders, particularly with catering, are a completely different issue. I've regularly had incorrect drinks with drive thru orders, and one badly mangled catering order where we were shorted half the food we ordered. We ended up having to run to a local McDonald's to supplement the incomplete catering order and have enough food for everyone expected.
I'd called the owner/operator requesting a partial refund due to the issue. Instead she offered a credit towards my next catering order. I asked for the credit as a gift card or letter since I normally don't host events in the area and it might be years before I order catering from this location again. She said she couldn't provide a gift card and wouldn't need to provide a letter because she'd remember.
Sure enough, when I had my next event that would warrant ordering catering from this location, I went back and referenced the credit. The catering manager wouldn't honor the credit because there was nothing "on file" and the owner/operator didn't remember the previous...
