Honestly, all the staff at this dispensary are amazing—except for Dave. He seriously needs help with his customer service skills and understanding the products he’s selling. I’m not a bad person i give great energy im friendly its unacceptable i was even put in that position with a staff member , and I’m not saying he should be fired, but he absolutely should not be left to work alone. He needs to be taught the basics on customer service, even learning verbiage it was insane I had an alarming experience when I decided not to make a purchase with him and told him I’d come back later and deal with someone else. He became extremely rude and aggressive quick, to the point where I felt my safety was in jeopardy and immediately left and contacted next location. My neighbors and my sisters have also experienced similar issues with him, they will give there own feedback but for me it’s 3 times too many. It’s getting hostile and now i don't feel comfortable coming there without family i had to de-escalate the situation and had to remind him im a woman, and I hope management takes this seriously because this behavior is unacceptable.I immediately got outta there to avoid confrontation please train your employees on customer service if we change our minds on purchasing because we don't like the hostility and choose to deal with someone else that's our choice it seems like he doesn't have any professionalism and the informal expressions was shocking thanks...

Stopped going when I found mold in one of their bags. I contacted the online supplier, they said it must have been sitting for over a year.

Look online instead and order direct or go to any of their competitors. Some may want to keep their purchases private but this isn’t the business for respecting privacy either.
