Today I visited the Marble slab on Holcombe and Buffalo Speedway and received the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever had at Marble. When I walked into the establishment there were 3 employees inside. Not one of them even cared to speak or welcome myself nor the guest that came in behind me, although they all turned and looked at us, knowing that we were there. After standing waiting for assistance for about a minute, I asked if anyone cared to assist us. One guy looked as if I’d interrupted his favorite TV show and said “I’m doing doordash”. The other young man, that was seemingly too intertwined into his phone conversation, decided that it would be ok to come and assist me. There was another guy in the rear of the restaurant that proceed to assist the other guest with his pick up. The gentleman that assisted me with my order seemed as if it was a bother for him to do his work giving a very displeased disposition. Read moreI was a bit perplexed watching one worker make waffle bowls while there was clearly a long line. So I watched him continue..back turned as if we weren't there waiting..... Priorities please. If you have customers waiting, not a good idea to do busy work. There were waffle bowls already available. That's down time work in my opinion. Waited at least 10 minutes longer than I should have. Store is short on supplies of pineapple and flavors which is understandable due to the pandemic. Only wrote this review bc employee w back turned to customers, no greeting, or apology for the unnecessary wait is not a good customer service model. Will visit another...
Read moreNot pleased with my experience today. I always purchase the best deal ice cream option which is 3 scoops of ice cream. The worker scooped up my 3 scoops. When we went over to the mix in area I chose my mix ins. Another guy whispered to him to remove some of my ice cream. When I asked why, he said because I was adding a lot of mix ins. Why does that matter when mix ins are UNLIMITED? If I pay for 3 scoops, I should get my full 3 scoops. And the worker barely mixed my mix ins in.
