Flower & Cream was nothing short of delightful! I greatly enjoyed this dessert stop. Me and my father went here at around 7:45 ish and when we walked in, it was slightly busy, but the staff were each very quick to go through the line, making for a very quick wait. After we had our order taken, my server very kindly offered a sample of the flavor I had chosen (honey rose), making sure that I enjoyed it, as apparently not all did (I can't imagine why not). As for the atmosphere, it was quite inviting and pleasant, even before I walked in, observing it from the parking lot. The swing chairs were quite a unique piece, and most of the tables were adorned with cute little potted plants. The last portion of this review is on the ice cream itself. Just as the rest of Flower & Cream was again, delightful, the case for the confections. Everything put together, Flower & Cream was a great experience in my book. 5/5 and I would come back again

I can't believe it has taken me this long to write a review of F&C.

Ice cream has always been my weakness. So imagine my surprise (read: glee) when I discovered that I could get ice cream DELIVERED to my apt at 10 p.m.?! (Because let's be very serious, that the witching hour for ice cream cravings). But, holy smokes! Talk about changing the game. A quick scroll of F&C's menu shows names of ice creams that I never heard, but being who I am (an open-minded creature of habit), I started ordering different types of ice creams with the hope of settling on the perfect one for me.

I tried the unicorn tracks, cereal milk oreo, and rainbow cake, and eventually became a regular cereal milk oreo gal. I usually opt for a caramel topping and I order their waffle cone for $1 extra which I break up and add to my ice cream. They never disappoint.

When you compare prices, of course it is cheaper to order a pint/gallon of ice cream and individual toppings at home, but I can share that in all my ice cream loving days, I haven't found an exact flavor like the cereal milk oreo (the closest of course is oreo cookies and cream) which accounts for my random cravings for this particular ice cream from this store. For this reason, and the consistently good, quick service, I am and have been a return customer and rate...

Terrible service, first of all they don’t tell you where the line starts, or if there is a line… So, we get told to go around to order but yet the people behind us get asked if they can’t take there order, super confused😩. Ok, decide to stay and order since my niece really wanted ice cream figure, this young people are just busy and don’t know how to handle being busy, seen that before…. Finally order I’m with my niece and next to me is a gentleman with a baby, get charged for what I though was our order… then the girl realize she charges me his order. When I asked why she charged me for someone else’s order, employee stated: she THOUGHT we were together… what? You don’t ask??? States they will refund me $6.17, which I never got! And then over charges me for my order… my total was $9. with some change… was charged $11.68… was the New Years Eve. Badly run by kids!!!! Hope gentleman next to me enjoyed his one scoop I bought him and he paid for as well, because she...

I came in today at around 4pm and asked for a kids’ portion of ice-cream. The lady at the counter thought that I needed the split portion (which is literally three times a big). I made myself very clear that I wanted a smaller portion. The lady understood my question and showed what smaller portions they offer. But then she just didn’t listen. She offered me a waffle cone, which is for an additional dollar, but didn’t mention it was more expensive. The lady asked if I wanted a topping — I named the topping (it’s a topping, not additional ice-cream!) and ended up getting another portion of ice cream on top (the second of the split). I made myself very clear, and asked three times about what the kid’s portion looks like, the lady did answer my question but ended up selling me a huge portion for 8 dollars. I do feel I was ripped for an additional 4 dollars, and the portion was too big for me. The visit was a huge disappointment. The ice-cream was...
