The food is fantastic, but the service lacks attention to detail. On my first order, they forgot both my drinks and the extra sauce I requested. I ordered 12 wings, cream cheese wontons, a small fry, and a large fried rice, and they gave me two packs of duck sauce, two packs of soy sauce, one and a half ounces of sweet-and-sour sauce and two packs of ketchup. That is unacceptable for $50 worth of food, especially when I explicitly requested extra duck and soy sauce. Please google what a 1 ounce cup of sauce looks like. It’s not even big enough to dip the wonton into, I have to pour it. The first time I thought one of them being full and one of them being half full was an accident, but the second time I realized they are intentionally giving you one and a half ounces of sweet-and-sour sauce which is not nearly enough. After placing a second order, I called to make sure they included the drinks from last time and extra duck and soy sauce. They included the drinks and extra soy sauce but they neglected the extra duck sauce I asked for and didn't include a single pack. Not one. I still had 6 wings left that I was counting on that duck sauce to eat. I even left a note in the order in addition to the call, and they still missed it. Despite enjoying the fried rice and chicken wings, the overall experience is marred by these details. The wonton soup disappointed me as it was served with dry chow mein noodles instead of fried wontons, making it a one-time order. That part was honestly just insulting. Moreover, the $5.49 small to-go box of fries is overpriced and not fully filled. The fries are regular, unseasoned crinkle cut fries that they only fill up 80% of the way in a small to go box yet they cost $5.50 on Uber eats, which is enough to get a whole bag of crinkle cut fries from the grocery store. They should be three dollars max. I can’t imagine these are being ordered much for that reason, because I personally would’ve ordered two had they been reasonably priced. While I like the place, improvements in service are necessary. I do plan on giving them one more chance because this is definitely some of the better Chinese food in Houston but they need to get it together quickly and stop being so stingy with the sauce. The one and a half miniature cups of sweet-and-sour sauce with the cream cheese wontons is just cheap. As previously stated, the wonton won’t even fit in the cup smh. I’m not cheap and I don’t mind paying for good food but it needs to feel like I’m getting what I’m paying for and the attention to detail is lacking. But with all of that being said, this is the best fried rice I’ve had in Houston, and I will definitely be returning. I’ve had the shrimp and house fried rice and both are 10/10. The cream cheese wontons were very tasty outside of the sauce situation 8/10 with sauce. The fries were your regularly expected crinkle cut fries but I would order them again if they made the price more reasonable. The chicken wings were good, 7.5/10. They are the red fried chicken wings not the traditional carryout style wings, but still good. Better the second day than the first day for sure. They should let the temperature on the wings come up closer to room temp a bit more before they fry them so it’s not so tense the first day. I also wish they offered shrimp eggrolls (thick egg rolls, not thin spring rolls), not just pork, but that’s just a menu suggestion. Hopefully they can make some...

Read moreWill never order from here again. Phoned in an order for carryout. I asked when I was given my bag if everything was in the bag, and was told yes it was ALL in the bag. Once at home I realized that not all of the items I paid for were in the bag. I called the store but no answer, they were closed. I called the next day and was given the run-around and lied to by the man that answered the phone. I was told he would have the manager call me by 1pm. I drove to the store and the person whom I spoke to on the phone lied to me again to say he was not the person I spoke to on the phone. He finally admitted that I did speak to him. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that he was not there. I asked if he would please get him on the phone. I wanted a refund for the items that I did not receive with my order. I was told that he could not give me a refund because the order was from yesterday. I told him I was not leaving the store until I either received my refund or spoke to a manager/owner. I needed to speak to someone in charge. He said he was in charge but he was not authorized to refund customers. After 25 minutes of waiting. He refunded my money. It should not be that difficult to obtain a refund from a business that did not fulfill a customer's order. Needless to say I will not be ordering from China...
