Texas Thrift Westheimer — Attraction in Houston

Listen up folks, this was the very first time we visited this outstanding thrift store and it was sooo spacious quiet clean and very very affordable.

The VERY VERY BEST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE SERIOUSLY in a very long time...it felt like before COV19 days....for real!!!😍👍🙏

It had a greeter that welcomes you with a friendly smile:)))) when we first walked in and she kindly explained all discounts and sales colored tags like yellow or orange that will be applied at check out when you choose your items. And she politely directed us to each area of the store that we were interested in

The isles were perfected and beautifully well organized with so much space; with no hangers on the floors, no clothes hanging inappropriately or randomly put and placed anywhere; actually we never saw any large bends full of random clothes covers or unmatched shoes; everything single row was orderly and very organized to meet all of our thrift store needs. We smiled the entire visit there from being so pleased with the way this place was being run.

The book section near the registers, the holiday/seasonal sections and brick-a-brack sections were to die for; and I could have just stayed the night and day there....lolol oh and yesssss their women's, children, houseware, furniture, and housing sections was also on-point each area was neat, and very decent especially with fantastic bargained-based prices that just can't be best. Some tags were pricey but it's worth it in the way the entire place made us feel; it took away the bad stuff we all go through at thrifts

Each row displayed what was there like the MEN'S SECTIONS such as long sleeve dress shirts, jackets, coats, etc

At the beginning and end of each row directly in front were hats, socks and scarfs of all walks of life. Plus my favorite part was the sizing tabs such as SIZE 38 or XL made it so easy, quick and convenient to go straight to the size you're looking for and for us this is what sets this place aside and completely different and better than all the other various thrifts we've been to over the years here in Houston. This nattered the most to us. Oh--it was not crowded and very quiet with ZERO CLUTTER; wasn't a lot of kids (we have grandkids too so we know) and NO DISARRAY IN SLIGHT like nearly all thifts--although we prefer to shop early morning hours always.

The entire group of staff was bar-none A1 across the board and they cleaned up behind each row throughout our visit. They were happy, polite, friendly asking is everything suitable for us or can they help us further, we were so delighted and thrilled to shop here and will ABSOLUTELY BE BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN for sure.

If my spouse gets excited about a place like this and found tons of things, this is a very good place to get the things you need and especially without breaking your bank with times getting harder every day 🏧 🏦 😭 😍 🙏👍 You really will be pleased to frequent this amazing place more than once and with their daily deals like for seniors on a certain day is just as grand indeed.

Very well organized, good prices and wide selection. I really liked how this thrift store clearly organized their clothing by size and type, it made it very easy to look for a specific thing or browse by category. I didn’t like that there is NO FITTING ROOM, woman’s clothing sizes can be all over the place and so there’s nothing like trying something on. I did appreciate that there were lots of mirrors and even some small benches for the guys to sit while their women shop 🤪 it is a sizable store with plenty of options, but definitely the main things were clothing and shoes. The smallest section appeared to be the book/games section. But to be fair I didn’t look through much of the household goods section. Also didn’t see any furniture. Another thing I liked was that they did have the colored tags with varying discounts starting at 25% through 75%, that made it so that you had multiple options that were discounted.
