I recently visited the British Airways HAS Executive Club Lounge at Houston airport, and unfortunately, it was a major disappointment. The food and beverage offerings were disgusting - slop best describes it. Choices were extremely limited, with unappetizing, low-quality food (slop) and cheap drink options (nasty wine, I mean NASTY). For a premium lounge, I expected a selection closer to what British Airways provides in other international airports, but this felt more like a neglected afterthought. Service was fine - no complaints. Overall, the British Airways HAS Executive Club Lounge at Houston airport does a real disservice to the BA brand (and what’s worse, BA probably knows this and simply doesn’t care). Essentially, if you’re expecting a comfortable place to relax before your flight, you’ll be much better off flying another airline. Very disappointing.

The executive lounge at IAH is a decent lounge with above average buffet and a variety of seating spaces. The attendants are friendly and helpful, they helped me change my seat to a better location. There are LOTS of seating options with several private spaces, including a separate TV room with nice chairs and outlets for chargers. The bar has good options as well. Nothing super exotic, but all the basics are covered.

What a super-duper lounge. Breakfast is better than most hotel restaurants, happy hour 3-hours long, great business meeting room. Awesome view of the Gulf. Kid-friendly, but very rarely are kids in the lounge.

Lets start with the good stuff, buffet was good an delicious. Chicken Alfredo, Mashedpotatoes, Brisket, Veggie's etc. The bar is good aswell, not the biggest choice I've seen but enough for a wait up to 3h. Pretty quite lounge for a friday at 3pm to 5pm The layout is a little bit weird cuz there are some kind of extra rooms but open to everyone with seats. One is equiped with a TV the other one no. I guess a quiet room and a TV room? Wifi is available, but it's the public airport Wifi. The most annoying thing here is that there is no toilet, srsly? If you need, you need to leave the lounge and go around 100ft to the next airport toilet. The toilet was clean, but still it...
