I recently visited the British Airways HAS Executive Club Lounge at Houston airport, and unfortunately, it was a major disappointment.
The food and beverage offerings were disgusting - slop best describes it. Choices were extremely limited, with unappetizing, low-quality food (slop) and cheap drink options (nasty wine, I mean NASTY).
For a premium lounge, I expected a selection closer to what British Airways provides in other international airports, but this felt more like a neglected afterthought.
Service was fine - no complaints.

Chicken Alfredo, Mashedpotatoes, Brisket, Veggie's etc. The bar is good aswell, not the biggest choice I've seen but enough for a wait up to 3h. The bar has good options as well. Nothing super exotic, but all the basics...
