Decided to grab a quick breakfast this morning after having a canceled flight. Freida was the lady taking orders. When starting to order you could tell from the start she was frustrated with something. I asked to use my rewards and she had claimed she was unable to use them. (Totally fine no big deal) but here is where I’m confused. When asking for extra ice she acted like she didn’t hear me at first then turned around displaying clear irritation. When giving her my payment she did not speak a word nor have a smile the whole time when ordering. (Not very “chick fil a” hospitality if you ask me) When getting my change (seeming very annoyed that she had to give change) she tosses my change to me in a rude manner. Told her I hope you have a good day and she didn’t say a word. When trying to get the things I need the manager from the counter started yelling “MAM what’s your order? You don’t know your number? Did you not order this?” She gave me no time to grab my ticket to check. This chickflia customer service was horrible. Read moreI was at the store in Terminal A at Houston International Airport (George Bush) and the staff incorrectly gave me 2 regular sandwitches instead of deluxe. When I adressed the problem they told me off and claimed I was wrong. The entire front staff was rude and attempted to not rectify my order even though I offered from the start to pay the difference. Eventually, after arguing for 2 minutes, they decided to charge me the difference. Then the cook in the back got mad about the change and threw my order out the window! The lady hoped I didn't see and attempted to pick up the soiled pieces and put them back in the box. I let her because I just wanted to get out of there. They handed me 2 deluxes and still forgot the cheese. My sweet tea had no ice. Everything was a mess and it's sad given my other great experinces at Chick-fil-a.

Read moreWow! The worst chick fila in entire life and I’ve been eating chick fil a since 2004. The quality was bad in every aspect. The hash brown were sooooo crispy and greasy ; I couldn’t eat it. Not even my little brother who eat everything- he couldn’t eat it . I asked the lady for a replacement as those hash brown were inedible. They were the exact same. Guess bad batch. I think the cook is cooking them on the fry setting or something. Anyways the chicken sandwich was nasty. I didn’t finish it . The chicken wasn’t fresh and super tough to bite through. The biscuit was hard like a scone. The coffee was watered down. I am beyond disappointed, as I paid 11.00 for a chicken biscuit meal and didn’t eat half of it.
