I've been meaning to this for a while, but I keep forgetting due to my busy schedule. After having another pleasurable experience at this store today I made a promise to sit down and do my review as soon as I got home.

I just wanted to take the time to let everyone know that this store has over exceeded my expectations when it comes to customer service. Everyone from the front counter sales guys Austin, some other guy (which I can't remember his name) and Craig, who I believe is one of the managers has been so kind and courteous to me every time I have stepped foot into that store. They are not only pleasant people to deal with, but they are some of the most knowledgeable people I know in this industry.

Another person who impresses me when I come to the store is a guy named John who I believe is the shop foreman. Not quite sure exactly what his title is, but he has done some amazing work on my truck and he is very efficient with his time. I never have to wait that long when he's doing the work. He has also taken the time to walk me through the work he has done and answer any questions that I have. This type of customer service is hard to come by these days and I just want them to know I am very thankful to be treated the way I do when I walk into that store.

Very dissapointed with this shop. I think in future i will take my business elsewhere, even to another state if i have to before returning here. They quoted on a front and back bumpers including a winch up front. On the day they were meant to be done, i went to pick up the vehicle but they were only able to instal the front ARB bumper and winch and then told me there was no rear bumper, they were going to search for one then call me back. Im still waiting for that call back. The winch cables were all loose and i had to go around and re tighten everything they put in. The little handle that releases the spool on the winch was also unable to turn so i was unable to release the spool. I had to take it back for them to just cut a piece of my truck out so it can turn. I guess thats fixed now.

Went back to get a double battery quote and was quoted almost 3k$ for two batteries and some cable and labor. I asked for prices on invertor and battery management system and like with everything else that happens in that front of shop, i'm still waiting. .......

I had recently bought some aftermarket lift products for my truck and needed them installed. A quick call to Art at 4wheel parts and done! He set me up with an appointment and for first thing on a Monday morning, which worked great! When I got there Luis helped me get checked in and we went over the parts list and how I wanted it set up. He told me it should take most of the day to complete and they would call me when it was done. To my surprise they actually finished all the work right before 6pm. I was impressed, considering the laundry list of parts I had. I had asked them not to remove any of the mud flaps or skid plate, but to let me know if anything made contact with tires. When I went to pick it up I was surprised to see the truck looking sweet and everything in tact, with all my old parts boxed up in the back. Everything was just right and done exactly how I asked, thanks again Luis, Art, and I didn’t catch the techs name, but he did an awesome job.
