I’m completely dissatisfied with this location. Now after reading reviews I’m convinced they’re not good at working on the Samsung galaxy fold at all! First off no one called to let me know that they ran into issues with fixing my phone. I brought it in to have the FRONT screen which was still partially functioning replaced due to a crack. My inner screen was not cracked and FULLY functioning in which I demonstrated from first interaction bc I had to unlock the phone etc for the tech. When I came to pick up the phone I could hear the guy saying shoot. I knew from that point it wasn’t right. He handed me the phone with the front screen worse than it was when I handed it over to them and told me that Samsung hand a problem with accessing something and the calibration and that they’ll send out a replacement. He mentioned nothing about a deductible and just told me to reach out to Asurion. I opened up the phone while the tech was still there and now my inner screen was glitching which I had no issue with that before bringing it in. I asked what happened to it and he acted clueless, so I asked will I be charged anything or what’s going to happen and he said there might be a deductible!!! No sir, I refused to be held liable to pay a deductible for my phone now being FULLY un functioning!!! I called Asurion right there explained to them what happened and that at this point I’m not worried about the outer screen being worse than what it was now I’m upset bc my inner screen was working perfectly fine before bringing the phone in. Asurion spoke with the tech who would not take responsibility for the inner screen at all. The rep at Asurion said that was un acceptable and escalated the call while I was still at the store. End result is Asurion had to waive the deductible which was not Asurion’s fault while the tech at this location was unbothered and went to the back of the store. Never again!!!! I’m extremely upset with this location and will never use them again!!!!! If it wasn’t for my insurance being concerned about my frustrations and lack of assistance from this company who would not take responsibility for my inner screen I would be screwed completely. Read moreHere is an update. The poor service from this uBreakiFix location continues. I took the phone back last Sunday since they received the replacement screen and back plate (they broke these the last time I took it in). It was supposed to be a 3 hr fix. It is now Wednesday. They apparently have now broken the fingerprint sensor and proximity sensor. The phone went to them nearly a month ago to repair a charging port and multiple items on the phone have been broken during repairs. They claim they are ordering me another phone, but refuse to return my phone so I can take my phone calls. The threat they are making is that if I pick up my phone, they will be forced to charge me for all the repairs made for the stuff they broke. I am truly astonished and baffled. I feel like I am being extorted by this location because they have my phone in their possession. I need them to make this right, so will continue posting these reviews on Google, FB, Twitter etc. I need some help here from the uBreakiFix management. Hence this review. I took my Pixel 3 XL in because this is where Google support told me to take it. The charge port wasn't working and the phone is under warranty. You fixed the charge port but punctured the battery, broke the screen, scratched up the back plate and somehow deactivated the finger print sensor. I've been waiting nearly 3 weeks for parts required to fix the phone. I get no updates unless I call the store. The update always is, "sorry, I have no idea when the parts are coming in". If I knew the performance at the store was going to be this bad, I would have exchanged my phone in the first place. Now I can't do that with the current condition of my phone. I need a solution...
Read moreI wish I could give lower than 1 star. These guys turned a 3 hour phone repair into a 3 day ordeal. We dropped the phone off on Thursday afternoon. Their 'technician' called us on Friday and told us that he damaged a cable and they'd call us back to let us know the repair schedule, it's either be done later Friday or Saturday. No call ever came so we called back at about 4p in Friday afternoon. Thats when the runaround started. They were waiting on a manager and hadn't made any progress on the repair. After pushing for a bit to get this progressing we were promised the phone would be repaired Sunday. Sunday comes and no update so we called at 2p. No progress was made. Manager at the store was confused as to what time it was and had no answers on when the phone would be completed. When questioned about it he just refused to do anything and said he'd make the claim for an repairable phone. When I picked the phone up just before 4p on Sunday that still hasn't be done.
