Western & Southern Life — Attraction in Houston

Do NOT trust this company with your money. I faithfully made payments on two life policies for 20 years which was over 480 bank drafts in total, on time, every time. A change in bank account resulted in the draft not clearing and there was a delay in receiving notices. When i tried to setup a new bank daft which was about 60 days late W&S Life would not help. W&S Life solution was to cancel both policies, but they were oh so gracious to let me reapply for a new re-rated policy. The exact same situation occurred with Protective Life Insurance and they helped me setup the new bank draft and get the account current with one phone call. It appears Western Southern Life looks for golden opportunities to cancel policies when the risk is no longer weighted in their favor with no regard for decades of trust in their company to care for their family after there departure. As a CPA I would highly suggest you put your money under a mattress, before giving anything to Western...

Do not use western southern my mom had 2 policy one she had when she was 23 they lied and said my mother cashed it in and didn’t show us anything on it to prove it . Then when my mom past they lied and said I wasn’t nor my brother wasn’t on as beneficiaries which we were the only two living air plus I was power of attorney on my mother so I know damn well I was on it but they screwed us out of 10,000 measly dollars and that’s all she would’ve gotten after paying since the 60s and every year that you get older, they raise itThey raised the price on you so everybody better look around and don’t mess with these jokesters because no screw out of every dime you can you’ll get you won’t...
