Terrible. I told the barber that I brush my hair forward but he tried to tell me that I needed to brush it back. He also gave me a style that made me look 15 years older so I had to go to another barber immediately after leaving his shop. He tried explaining to me how my hair acts, since it's a little curly, as if I haven't had my hair my entire life and know how my hair acts. Bottom line is he didn't know what to do with my hair and was frustrated and blaming me for him not knowing what to do.
I tried being calm and clearly communicating what I wanted but he started to become confrontational and didn't want to give me what I wanted. He wanted me to suppress my own judgement of how i like to wear my hair and submit to the haircut that he would be able to give me.
He seemed like a nice guy but it ended up being a bad experience. I cannot recommend...
