The employees that work at the store currently are absolutely amazing. I needed to get some kitten formula for kittens that I’m fostering and I realized they closed in five minutes. I called them to ask them if they could put some aside and I would be at the store right at closing. They were beyond friendly and kind and nice and welcoming to me. No sighing or huffing or complaining about we close in five minutes. They were like sure come down no worries. To this pet store a lot and spend a lot of money there so they know me and we’re extremely welcoming. They help me get everything I need. I only was going to go in for formula so I wouldn’t keep them over but they were so kind and let me get all my supplies and not have to come back tomorrow. I truly appreciated their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond, even though technically the store had now already closed 15 minutes ago by the time I was ready to leave. In addition, this pet store carries a lot of really great pet foods that other pet food stores don’t carry and I have dogs and cats that are extremely picky about the food day. I was told that there was a case of cat food available at the Hudson store, but the store associate said that the only way to have it delivered same day is to order it online. However, the case didn't show up as available online. I explained that I couldn't come to pick it up because I have Covid and I would rather have it delivered so that I don't infect anyone. I had to ask if anyone else could help me & offered her my contact information when the manager comes in. The associate agreed that she would have the manager call me. After 2 hours, I called online customer service & they said the associate was not correct and that in fact, I can have the case delivered to my home without the online same day delivery service request. Online customer service was great. This is the third time, I've been told false information where a simple East transaction turned into a very long & difficult process. Prices are better in Amazon. Took Bentley for his monthly bath. We love the convenience of bathing him in the store so there is no mess at home. This allows us to pick up his supplies and a treat for after his bath. Bentley loves going to visit the store. Friendly staff and impeccable service. Highly recommend!

Wonderful customer centered shopping experience. Becca and her team are great at answering questions about their products and providing resources and I love they can order products, even if they are on sale.
