Club Pilates — Local services in Hudson

I never write bad reviews...but buyer beware

I accidentally purchased two classes at this location. I called immediately to let them know I used the one in Brecksville and Hudson was far for me and I needed these refunded. Instead of kindly understanding they turned me into collections since my credit card company refunded the purchase. I obviously will be handling this with the collections agency, but this is not a company or place I would want to give my money to.

I can't imagine if it was a more serious issue or amount of money. Beware!

I'm relatively new to this establishment, but, I've been impressed by the classes; especially, the cardio- sculpt classes and the reformer flow 2.0. taught by an excellent teacher named Rachel Cargill. Rachel is a teacher who uses creativity, humor, and in-depth skill to motivate her students. Each class I've taken has attentive teachers who truly care about customers' health and safety. The classes taught by Heather Kowilich are challenging and fun and I look forward to them like a child looks forward to an amusement park! I had a wonderful experience at Club Pilates and highly recommend it to anyone interested in Pilates! From the moment I called the studio, Sarah was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity.
