In December 2019 I took several pieces to Dean to be appraised. His appraisals were reasonable and done professionally. They included photos, criteria that went into appraisals, info on questions to ask my insurance agent and copies for myself and insurance agent. Fast forward to November 2020. I had an accident that damaged my wedding ring set. I was so happy when Dean said the damage could be repaired by buffing and polishing. I was stunned when I picked up the set; the set is gorgeous and looks like new. I then decided to have my grandmother's wedding ring, given to her in 1916, and her diamond ring polished. I picked them up today and could not believe how beautiful they look. They too look like they are new. I couldn't be happier with Dean's work. I am happy to recommend him to anyone. We had a custom ring made on Bonaire (an island 🏝 where we live) and the Jeweler completely hacked the platinum band for our 30th anniversary.

We did not have any other options so we settled with what we received.

We stopped into the Jewelers Bemch on a recent family visit, to assist my mother in law with a simple battery change on a watch.

Kristin was so helpful I instantly felt a trusted connection. So, I showed her my ring and asked her if she was skilled at fixing other 'jewelers' mistakes.

She was so gracious and kind in her response and it was evident she wanted ti help.

Kristin went above and beyond and when I picked up the ring today, she not only corrected the failings of the other 'jeweler,' she did it with class and style. I now have a ring that makes me smile!
