If I could give a 10 plus stars review, I would.
This review is about the excellent customer service I received from Sarap Pinoy. I called them from Seattle to place an order to be delivered to the hospital where a family member has been admitted. I also ordered for my sons’s Doctor, his social worker and the staff at the nurse station.
The person who answered my call was so patient and courteous in helping me place the order especially due to food restrictions of some of the hospital team. He also made sure the thank you note I asked him to write was added to the order.
I was extremely pleased when the owner agreed to deliver the food himself 20 some miles from their location. For a minimum delivery charge, it was worth every penny.
When he got to the hospital, I had to arrange for someone at the nurse station to pick up the food. He patiently waited outside of the hospital until someone from the nurse station was able to meet him.
Our son really enjoyed his favorite chicken adobo and fried tilapia with generous side order of tomatoes and fish sauce. According to him, the food was so good, he felt like being home enjoying momma’s cooking 😋.
I got a phone call and a thank you from the medical team along with the Doctor letting me know how the entire unit truly enjoyed the treats.
I highly recommend Sarap Pinoy. Given a chance to go to Houston, Sarap Pinoy will definitely be my first stop.
Many thanks again to the whole staff at...
Read moreSarap Pinoy's BICOL EXPRESS is the BEST i've ever had in Houston! (Way better than the bicol express version of a popular Filipino restaurant chain that newly opened in Houston). I also love their DINUGUAN. My husband who is very picky with food, but has grown to love a few Filipino dishes, is a fan of their ADOBO, CALDERETA, AFRITADA and BBQ. I love how Sarap Pinoy's food is reasonably priced and the amount of serving is good for about 2 meals. My husband and I always have sure lunch for the next day with the left over that we take home. No, we don't leave our left over, the food choice that we always get from them is too yummy to not bring home. They have grocery items available and balikbayan box delivery service, too. If I had more than enough money, I would invest in Sarap Pinoy, but for now, I am happy to be a...
Read moreSarap Pinoy is a hole in the wall small food market and restaurant. They have everything you need to make almost all Filipino dishes. The restaurant is in the back in the same market. They serve breakfast and lunch it's best to come here early if you are wanting lunch, they sellout quickly. The food is OK to good it's a place to get your fill when in need of Filipino food. The best thing about this place is it's never crowded you can leisurely shop and grab some lunch to eat there or to go, and the employees are respectful and courteous. I have vast restaurants around my home but no Filipino restaurants, when in Humble area Sarap...
