Louisiana Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Humble

Louisiana chicken I'm very bummed out about the Louisiana chicken. my friends and I have always wanted to try it and see what the hubbub was about. It's been a while since they first opened their doors. We ordered their chicken and french fries and we're so excited to take it home and eat it. The chicken tasted like Hart's Chicken but without all the salt . It did have a little bit of spice. My disappointment was when the chicken was hard as if it's been sitting there for a long time under the lights. My friends were upset about the french fries. We've all worked in restaurants and they could totally tell that the chicken seemed sitting too long. The french fries were probably sitting for such a long time that they redipped them in the fryer. Two of my friends used to come here and eat a while back and they were apologizing to me cuz it was never this way before. The customer service was great. But again the chicken was stiff and the fries, I'm sorry ,I don't know what to say they just were not good. I will come back at another time and try to buy the least amount of chicken and fries, then I will give it a new rating. I'm so sorry to have to do this but I can only give a two-star rating ,barely. My friends were all wanting to give you one. they have eaten here a long time ago when they first opened their doors and they couldn't believe the difference now. On today September 06, 2023 on or about 2:10 p.m. I decided to go out for lunch because, I just recently started a new job in the area. I placed my order because they were serving old chicken and Rosie the cashier who spoke very little English did not how long the chickeqn had been sitting under the heat lamp. I explained to Rosie that I wanted some fresh chicken and said that it take about 10 minutes to come out. So, I waited for 30 minutes for the chicken to come out. I noticed that the chicken was and hard and over cooked. I complained to Rosie how the chicken tasted in Spanish because I am bilingual and a African American male. I Hispanic male behind counter told me get ip and get out that was witnessed by two black females. I asked Rosie what was the name of the Hispanic coworker she refused. I explained Rosie and the gentleman that I was going to post my experience on Google and he said that he did not care. Be aware stay Away from this place of business and terrible customer service...

I do not usually post reviews and just take the L and keep it moving. Unfortunately, this time I have to say something. I visited the Humble, Texas location around 6:30 p.m. and ordered a 20 piece family combo and asked for fresh chicken. I told them that I had no problem waiting for it. I was assured that I would receive fresh chicken. I was told that I would wait 10 to 15 minutes and I had no problem with that. So I received my order when I get home of course I receive old chicken. I only live 5.3 miles away from the establishment. I called them to rectify this situation and they said that they would have to contact the owner to figure out what to do to rectify this situation and it would take a couple of days for the owner to get back to me.
