Alabama Goods - Huntsville — Attraction in Huntsville

I walked in to Alabama goods Wednesday afternoon looking for a glass suncatcher that was crafted in the shape of birds. I had seen this item before but it was not in my budget at that time. My mom got quite sick and I knew instantly what I wanted to get for her to cheer her up.... They did not have have any in stock when I got there. Before I knew it the sales lady was on the phone with the local artist and they had agreed to have one delivered the very next day!!! I did not know customer service like this existed anywhere anymore.... I will definitely be back and be recommending all of my friends go visit...

Cannot believe the lack of consideration displayed at this store on Sunday November 29th 2020. Visited the store about 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. and the cashier ignored me while I was waiting in line patiently. She literally took two other guests who acknowledged that I had been waiting in line before them. I said, "Wait, I was here first" and the cashier moved them around me and took them first. I left my items on the counter and left with my money.

I willl never patronize this place and I'm so disappointed that I cannot give a small business during covid my hard-earned money. No Southern...

I highly recommend this store for any souvenir needs while traveling to the Huntsville area! I had been searching high and low for a gift to bring back to NY after my stay here. I was hoping to find a shirt that said Huntsville Alabama on it but only had seen the sports memorabilia (Rolltide). This store met all my needs and the more mature lady working was just so sweet and hospitable, as was her younger counterpart. So many unique finds in a wide variety of price ranges.
