Update. Went back again 9.15.25 to print something. The guy was so rude to me and dismissing me, I alnost walked out again. I even stood in the shipping line after since he was being so nasty and i asked the girl since she was kind if she could help me instead even tho I know it probably wasnt her area then he quickly came back over now willing to help out still very rude. I finally got my copies but I seriously don't know how management can't get these so called customer service members under control. I have worked in customer service my entire life. For one a kind greeting and a smile goes a long way. Even if theres no line but their busy and its going to be a minute, instead of snapping at the customer when spoken to, if they would take 2 seconds to say im so sorry ill be right with you as soon as possible with a smile.....that alone would change the experience. And when you do have a line then even taking a second to say hello thank you we will be right with everyone asap then there wouldnt be a problem either. Im going to bring my business to a different store from here on out. Not worth the aggravation..

He is working diligently to ensure that everyone who enters here has a great experience...including their staff members. If you want to go to a Staples that truly goes above and beyond to help their customers....this is the store!
I had a rough Monday, when my Wifi card died in my laptop....I run a small marketing agency and having connectivity is everything. After purchasing a Wifi dongle at a different store....I arrived back at my office only to discover that I still needed to download the software to use the dongle?? ( yes, I know.....I should have considered that when I purchased the product in the first place...LOL). That was a big issue, since I did not have a way to connect my laptop to an ethernet cable. I went to the Staples located at 1202 N. Parkway right behind Costco, and Justin stepped right in to help. He went above and beyond to assist me with this issue....and I am very grateful for his help!
Because he and the staff truly care about their customers....I will return to this location for everything that my business needs!!

My husband went in on 5/3/2024 to get a couple of auto registration documents laminated for a new motorcycle we purchased and for a single sheet of 8.5"x11" laminate (heavy duty), he was charged $12.00+! Typically, this has been a charge of approximately $3.00/sheet as recently as two (2) months ago.
