This video is just part 1 on how he treated his customers and lied just because we decided we wanted to change our order the ELDERLY LADY at drive thru told us we took all day ALREADY!? Then we asked for corporate number she said it wouldn't do ANY GOOD bc they are privately owned!? Tonight was the most recent disappointment. Trying to use their texted B1G1 deal on boneless wings (today ONLY!) I stood in line (7 people with only 1 register working VERY SLOWLY. The cashier seemed to have made mistakes on EVERY order in front of me, causing each order to take 2 or 3 times longer than it needed to be. Every order had "issues".) Having stood in line for 15-20 minutes, the person in front of me apparently got the absolutely last boneless fingers available in the store. I waited to see if there would be ANYTHING offered in place of the special. No apology. No rain check. No alternative. Just: "We're out of boneless wings now." Read moreThis location seems to have declined lately. I have visited twice in the last month. I visited at different times of the day so I know it wasnt just because they were busy. The floors are ALWAYS super sticky, ALL over the place. The isolated ice machine wasnt working. Half of the flavors in the soda fountain weren't working. It took over 20 minutes to recieve our food during a NON peak time. I counted over 8 people behind the counter yet the food was super slow coming out. The people behind the counter seemed too busy chatting with each other than customer satisfaction. However, even they stated that "yall been waiting a long time huh". Well, yeah, 20 minutes at 230pm is kind of excessive. 2 of the employees were loudly complaining about their job in front of customers. Zaxbys used to be a safe haven I could take my kids to out of all fast food restaurants. Good "safe music", good food, clean environment, and consistent experience.
