12th Avenue Beach Access Park — Attraction in Indian Rocks Beach

It is a beautiful place to visit and if you have the opportunity to stay for the sunset you would have made a great choice, take as many pictures as you want, enjoy the sand, water, ocean breeze.

Getting back to the 12th Ave Beach Access This is a great place to visit but let me give you the skinny, no public bathroom, few free parking spaces and only one handicap parking. Now the good news, beach access is free, well I now it is not good news but it is helpful.

The beach is narrow but nice, with perhaps is sufficient for the local community and the few that know about it.

This beach has free parking and a lot of Public Access. It has one of the more calm waves. There are some parts were rocks jet out from the beach. It has very clean water for this part of Florida although not as clear as Clearwater Beach. There are plenty of shells to find. There are some bars nearby nfu restaurants as well. A small, free parking lot of about 10 spaces giving access to a short boardwalk to the beach. Public parking is from 6 am to 11 pm after which it's residential parking only. There is a shower to the right of the boardwalk to clean off sandy feet. Since this is a small lot it's often full and I wouldn't recommend it for weekends.
