The cashier, semi 'waitron', kept her death glare going for our entire dinning/meal, from arrival to exit. (That's hard work). If you just want to get pizza, get it to go, if you don't want to get gouged with $3per topping im sure you'll find any place to give more for less. Tv was blaring, literally some creature in a suit yelling the whole time, no option to turn it down or change the rage channel. Hello departing ambiance. It's Florida for goodness sake, put something less anxiety ridden while eating... Here's a thought... The travel channel. ... No toilet paper in restroom to boot... ummm really... You can get more of this experience on Gulf Blvd Irb Fl, yikes... What a let down ..I don't do Google reviews. But felt some good deserve a heads up. Unfortunately had to leave this one, ... Why should we tip that? Why? Three stars is gracious. Owners must of changed.
Response/clarity... (...it's called customer service) Mid forties, looked anything but happy, non approachable. Verbal, body language, anyone can see a death glare. Maybe if she wasn't in such a mood she'd have the energy for/towards attending and pleasant...
Read moreHello. She did open the door, it was because she was entering. But is there a specific reason why our food wasn’t brought to the table like all the other customers who got there after us? Or a specific reason why when she placed the pizza on the counter and called my name, I had to ask her for napkins because the tray is very hot. Even the customer she was attending said “she needs napkins to grab it it’s hot”. Maybe to you it wasn’t racism, But definitely a lot of things that made it a very unpleasant dinner for us and made it feel like it was racism due to the treatment. As well as the me asking a worker for a pizza stand and him never coming back to at least say “I’m sorry we are out” or the fact that the lady taking the orders went up to all the tables making sure they didn’t need anything and if their dinner was ok yet she didn’t come to us not once, coincidence I guess. But this is our review because it’s how we felt in regard to the service and food. Everyone is different. Hopefully it doesn’t happen to anyone else....
Read moreOK then, you've asked for an explanation. I know this place for an about 5 years. Always was a great food and service. This summer, about a week ago, I've ordered a pizza over the phone 1 hour in advance, to be ready in time for the party (accepted that it could be give or take 10 min, no problem) Upon my arrival, upfront girl said that pizza will be ready in 3 min and asked for the payment (we added 20% tips expecting usual great service), 15 min later my wife politely asked if our order is ready yet. Out of the blue she got screamed and yelled that she should shut up and wait as everybody else. (did not see any crowd around so) Looked like stuff did not even start to make my order. We got our pizza half hour later. On top of the "awesome" service, pizza looked over-baked, much less toppings than past years. Wandering if this place is under new ownership or should I blame COVID-19? Anyhow I have to search for an another pizza place during my next visit to the lovely...
