I love going to LUSH KEYSTONE!!! The staff is all amazing and very helpful. They offer great suggestions and are willing to do samples if you just aren’t sure what you love!!!!! My personal store favorites are Sleepy shower gel and moisturizing lotion. I have very dry skin in the winter and this is by far the most moisturizing on the skin leaving it soft and smelling amazing. I also am obsessed with the Sleepy shower bomb!!! I don’t often take baths to need bath bombs but the shower bomb is fantastic and I usually get two uses from it. It is very exfoliating and great for those of you who love your spray tans to exfoliate with prior to getting one. I also love the Rentless perfume and if you’re like me and lean toward migraines and headaches from scent I recommend the solids in the fragrances rather than the sprays because they are less strong. My favorite solid is Lord of Misrule and I much prefer it over the spray. I like to layer the Rentless on top of the Sleep shower gel and Body cream!! It’s absolutely delicious and will leave people asking what you wear as you walk by. I highly recommend this location if you are in the Indianapolis area because the staff care about you and are eager to help you find what you love when you go in!! You won’t regret your shopping experience here. If you have really chapped or dry lips in the winter then I recommend using the Honey Lip scrub. It is very nice in scent and leaves your skin feeling very soft. I don’t purchase bath bombs anymore but my personal favorite for years is by far the Experimenter!! It leaves your skin feeling so soft, smells like the heavenly smell of the store when you walk in, and is fun to watch dissipate into the bath water. I can’t say enough good things about the Lush at the Fashion Mall in Indianapolis. Every single time I go in, the staff are warm, welcoming, and genuinely excited to help. Their energy is so positive that I always end up discovering new products I didn’t plan to buy just because they make the whole experience so fun and personal.

Today, my daughters and I had the pleasure of meeting Chaya, and she was incredible. She asked if it was okay to give my girls some samples of the bubble bath play doh, and she went above and beyond. She made them several different color samples and treated them with so much patience and kindness and spoke to them with real respect and encouragement. She celebrated their voices and helped them feel confident and heard.

Chaya also took the time to recommend a few things for their eczema and even gave me some samples she thought I’d love along with the items I purchased. She was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and just radiated good vibes. My girls were already asking if she’ll be there next time we visit.

I also love that Lush as a company has a conscience. I specifically came in looking for the watermelon soap that supports Gaza, and it means so much to support a business that cares about human rights and isn't afraid to take a stand. That’s rare and it matters.

I love this location! The manager, Roshni is beyond wonderful and her dedication to customer service is excellent. She made me feel as though I had a mini-spa experience before I left and she was so helpful. Annie was also extremely helpful as well and provided an excellent tip regarding product use. I was in the store previously on my birthday and I felt like a birthday queen with the acknowledgment and kindness I was shown. I was told the gentleman that helped me that day was named Zach. The products are wonderful! For those that think they are too high priced…I once thought the same.
