Rental Center at The Home Depot — Attraction in Indianapolis

STAY AWAY!! Tool rental guys told me they could put all of my deposit on my card when I returned a piece of equipment that I rented. When I returned the equipment I told the guy I wanted my whole $175.00 deposit put back on my card and I would pay for the tool rental in cash. I told him THREE TIMES and had the cash sitting on the counter. He still hit the wrong button and and only $91.00 went back to my card. I was going to rent another tool but now didn't have the money on my card for the deposit. Also they said the money would go straight back on my card and a day later it still hasn't appeared. When I Complained that his mistake had cost me time and money they didn't seem to care and were unwilling to help...

Excellent experience with the gentlemen here. The first gentleman I spoke with on the telephone FOUR times. I didn’t realize the rental pick-up had bucket seats and came with two people to help carry items we were hauling, but ended up having to cancel and come back later with a single person. When I returned, C took excellent care of me and told me honestly that the rearview mirror was a little wonky on the truck. The truck drove well, but I was a little late returning because of the 465 shut down. He was gracious and could have nailed me with extra fees, but didn’t. Very much appreciate...

Rented a trencher that was supposed to be hydraulic and move itself. They didn't unlock the wheels or show me how / didn't know how. I ended up doing the job without the self propel. Brought the trencher back and told them, and they did nothing. They also smashed the pins on the trailer, so I had to use channel locks to get them off. They also gave me the trencher with the chain so loose it fell off while trenching. An all around...
