Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Taco Bell as a whole now every one of the places that I've ever been they're just not what they used to be. I realize covid and everything had a lot to do with things however it just seems like customer service and the product not having items can't use cash at times back in the day all the way up until now they just seem to not have recovered. Taco Bell has good products but all of my area and this one the food isn't as good as it used to be and the customer service needs training and you need the right kind of people to be facing the public I never feel welcome there I always feel like you're doing me a service in the sense that give me your money here's my product and go on. Customer service is more necessary than product but if the customer service is bad and the product is winning that's why where I live there are two Taco Bells that close down. This is the absolute worst taco bell/kfc in the western hemisphere. They consistently, like every time, get the order wrong. Tonight i ordered a burrito supreme combo and a 2 chalupas combo but, like every time ive ever been there and they tell me to "pull forward and we'll bring your food right out", i wait for 15 full minutes before going inside and see my bag of food sitting by the drive thru window for another 5 full minutes before the guy FINALLY grabs it and starts to head my way before i asked if it was my food and took it, only to get home and find 5 soft tacos instead of the combos i ordered. Wish i could say it was the first time it happened at this place, but it will be the last. They should shutter this worthless restaurant. No...

I usually never give negative reviews but this location needs to be shut down. They are always out of everything; Meat, cheese, hard shells, food, drinks, money, etc. The drinks are always carbonated water no matter what drink you order. They told me I had a $15 spending limit bc they were understaffed? I ordered two 5 layers and a #7 (:chicken quasedilla w/a hard taco) which would've just hit $15 and some change. They told me to change my order. It was four items.. we open the 5 layer and it's a soft taco(meat and 3 shreds of cheese) literally sealed inside a bigger soft shell.
