Who needs to hear this ...🤷🏾♂️
I’m old-fashioned. I like to dine slowly, savoring every bite.
I hate waiting in line. It takes so long! And it’s so boring.
As a result, I enjoy spending time at Cracker Barrel where the cuisine is wonderful and delectable, and the aroma is consistently pleasing. The staff is quite pleasant! Because you'll be able to try some of their delectable meals, your wait will be a little less agonizing. Cracker Barrel has a variety of nutritious selections, including homestyle favorites and famous dishes such as chicken n' dumplins. There are also salads and some delicious southern foods also great takeout options, as well as a fantastic merchandise store which I highly recommend picking a gift 😜. They're also a wonderful place to go out with friends or family for a night on the town.
I strongly advise that customers should always stand up for what you are not comfortable with.(you pay the Bills the staffs don’t) It’s okay to express your feelings as I’m sure your feedback is valuable to every business 👍

Read moreWe were in Indy for a celebration of our 4 year old grandaughter. She had just completed all of her Chemo treatment at Riley's hospital and RANG THAT BELL. Our grandaughter wanted Cracker Barrel as she loves to go there. I called as we were leaving the hospital and asked if they could accommodate a party of 16. I explained the reason why we were having a celebration. The person on the phone said that they could accommodate our party. The servers name was Lakesha. When arrived, they wanted some of us at a table in the corner. Another table across from that table, the area where you walk pass the fireplace and another at a booth along the wall. None of those tables were togather. We had a celebration cake, that was a challenge with us not being togather. This was at 2:30pm ( not the busy time of day.)The restaurant wasn't even 1/2 full. there could have been plenty of room for all of us to be togather. The server was determined that there was no where to put us together, something about server areas. 🙄 If I had a large party coming in and the place wasn't even 1/2 full. I think I would have done whatever was needed to accommodate that party. Needless to say it put the parents that had just completed a very stressful time with their daughters health, seated away from the rest of the family, very disappointing! Looking back, I wish we would gave just left that place and gave another Cracker Barrel a chance to put us togather. Note; we are always pleased with Cracker Barrel, the food was good as always. This was just disappointing for our family. We all live over 3 hours from Indy so going to one of our homes was...
Read moreNow, I'll start by saying that normally the service at this location is fantastic, but today I came in around 2:30pm and we had the worst experience ever.
When we walked in we were put on a waitlist for about 5 minutes, which is fine, the restaurant wasn't very busy, but I understand.
Once we were sat at a table, we waited 10 minutes for a server, when one didn't come, I asked a server from a close section to see if she could figure out who was supposed to be helping us. We waited another 5-10 minutes before our server came. She took our drink and food order at the same time, and our drinks took another 5 minutes to receive.
The food came out quickly, and was hot, and the order was correct except that both of our Grandpa's Country Fried breakfasts were missing the gravy. We notified the server that we were missing the gravy, silverware, and that our drinks were out.
We waited 10 minutes before waiving over the presumed manager on duty, telling him we were missing silverware and gravy. Another server brought us drink refills. Eventually we were brought only spoons for our meal, and were told that they had no forks. Our food was cold by the point we could finally eat it. The manager never returned.
Other tables around us were also visibly in need of items and nobody visited them either. Tables that were dirty when we arrived stayed dirty the whole time we were there.
Overall, today's visit was extremely disappointing. What is typically a 30-45 minute breakfast was...
