Took this ride for the second time on Sunday July 24th. Easy to book online and the owner called me to confirm. He was amazing! So professional and polite. I thought they had cushions for the seats but they didn't. He said that we could bring them but we didn't need them after all because the seats were fine!! The star of the show was our driver Desiree!! We'd had her before and requested her again for this ride. We were so happy that she was available!!! That lady was the bomb!!! She was so hyped!! She joined in with the singing and tweaking at the stop lights!!! This time we brought our parents and she was so careful and caring with making sure they had a good time!! She took all of the photos for us, even joining in!!! Such an amazing experience!! Thank you so much!!!

My husband and I "won" the item on a school auction and we are glad that we did! Inivited 10 others to join us for a Sunday evening stroll through downtown. Weather was cloudy, dry, 70 degrees….perfect for the pedaling that we did. Ben was our driver and he was most accommodating. Lots of folks were downtown between 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. and seemed to enjoy our group and their merry-making. The Pickled Pedaler has an electric assist on the wagon and therefore, your group is not the sole source of power. That is a great feature! We took our own coolers but I think it would be nice for P.P. to provide some water bottles. All in all, a totally winning experience!!!

We rented the Pickled Pedlar for my dad's 70th birthday and he had a blast. The whole experience was one of a kind and celebrating any occasion was a great idea. You have the Pedlar for 2 hours and they are very accommodating to where you want to go and stop. It is motorized as well so you don't have to peddle if you don't want to. It was even better because you can bring your own alcohol :) Highly recommend!

I've never written a review before and that just goes to show how fired up I am about the situation. I am here to write based on costumer service alone because I never actually got to experience what I paid for. We had a trip planned for a bacherlorette party this past weekend. But due to Covid and the Governor releasing information about closing all bars and nightclubs 2 days before our trip based completely around bars and nightclubs, we decided to cancel. I called more than 48 hours in advance because I wanted them to be able to fill the slot. When I called the number listed on Google a man answered and was rude and tried to talk me into still showing up. The Pickled Pedaler not only kept my $212 deposit, but the entire cost of the whole tour ($412), even given the shut down circumstances. No reschedule, no credit, they just kept the money and took me off of the schedule. They said in order to get the money back (not including my large deposit) I would have had to cancel 14 days in advance. 14 days prior there were no closings and we still would have gone. I don't want to list names but the man who was "helping" was driving and kept cutting in and out of service. He then texted me from the same number. He couldn't find my original reservation or cancellation so I sent him screen shots of the emails and eventually said I was out of luck because I hadn't called...

Was skeptical when my buddy told me he booked this for his birthday, the whole concept just seemed kind of odd and not what we usually went out to do. We're more of a bar hopping, top golf, concert kind of group. I could not have been more wrong!!!

This was an awesome experience, our driver, Grant, was super awesome. You could tell he enjoyed doing what he does and created a great atmosphere from the second we showed up. We were able to play our own music, Grant gave us a drinking game to play throughout the ride, and made a few stops at a couple of bars he recommended.

Could not have been more happy with the experience, all of our group kept mentioning how much fun it was and we really enjoyed ourselves. It was a great time especially thanks to our driver, he sealed the deal. Super down to earth, did his job amazingly well, and made us feel right at home!! Met who was either the owner operator or manager when we got back and he was just as great of a guy from the short chat we had. Thank you Grant and the others at pickle for the most fun we've had in quite a while without a doubt

10/10 would recommend and we will hopefully be back in the near future. Thanks again especially to Grant for being such a fun and welcoming host, be safe, and keep...

Celebrating a 21st bday. The driver was nice but could have made the trip more enjoyable. We only stopped at 1 bar in the 105 minutes we had the bike rented. He kept telling us if we stopped for pics at the circle that was all the time we would have because of the traffic but the traffic was the same as it always is. However, he thought our time was up at 7 when we really had until 7:30. We traveled down dead end roads that required him to get out and push the bike since there was no reverse. We traveled the same streets/underpasses 3 times and traveled into residential areas twice and got “corrected” by a parking attended for being in that area. We had fun but it was a much different experience than we had with our trips with other companies. The company did call me to discuss my issues and for that reason I am bumping the review from 2...
