I was there today .. this was one of my favorite Ross to shop but my brother was treated really harshly by one of the staff member there just because he was wearing a ankle brace due to recovery from surgery! Which he explained to the staff there but she proceeded to accuse Him and said he belong in jail because it she confused the brace with and ankle monitor. On to of that yelled at him and said he belong in jail when he was going nothing wrong and is a regular customer. He explained to her that he has a disability. Heâs hard of hearing because he was born deaf. And she said she didnât care, and that he should not be in the store. Honestly Iâm sure why Ross had such a person working there, I though everyone there undergoes harassment training, but clearly she did not go through that nor does she know how to tell the difference or listen to a customer. Really upset at the situation. They shouldnât happened to anybody Else I hope this helps and I hope Ross gets better...
   Read moreI went there and bought a bunch of things that added up to $362 I gave $250 on one card and was going to put the rest on another card.. during the process I forgot something on my cart that needed to be charged so I handed her the rest of the things.. I proceeded to then pay the $250 on one card for the cashier to then cancel my order and says I need fo pay the balance of $362 again. How do these people know that I Had sufficient money on me? Why donât they ask before canceling an order ? $362 is a significant amount of money at least for me it is. Thatâs 250 + 362.. now Iâm down 250 till my bank settles the refund. I called my bank and they said the money would be there in 13 days. So the problem is not on Ross the company, but on the employees they hire. they should get better training.    Read moreMy mother's friends kept asking for reasonably priced areas to shop at and my mother and I brought them to a nearby Ross...while they found items to buy, they were not happy with the treatment they received from some of this Ross's employees. Even when I had previously explained to one of the offending employees that my guests didn't speak English -and she understood, when I stepped away, she [and another employee who spoke my guests language] were very rude to them. The patience and consideration shown prior to Some of our guests -while I was with them, seemed to evaporate; even my mother was treated rudely, and she speaks English fluently (she's a receptionist and has a decades experience working as a bank teller; the members loved her and still ask for her).
