Just an unbelievable experience… Packed house after 80k left SoFi for Wrestlemania and y’all hammered through that insane line that went out that door. More impressively, after ordering, I don't think I even waited four minutes for my food, I was shocked!! Last night, we went to a McDonalds by the hotel 2 miles from SoFi, and they were overwhelmed like your team was, but there we waited over 35 minutes for food and it was absolute chaos… Your team was so calm and in the zone, they performed like Matt Stafford under duress in the pocket, but still finding an open Cooper Kupp for the score. Your cashier even small talked to me about my Arsenal soccer shirt and we chatted about his team Real Madrid for a sec. It was such an unexpected experience in an overwhelming moment that I couldn’t wait to recognize. Y’all were exceptional, and if I find my way back to SoFi to watch my Seahawks beat hell out of your Rams in the future, I’ll likely stop by again. Until then, keep up the great work as it was as big as Roman Reigns...

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food chain so much disregard for the customer. It’s unbelievable that Del Taco can have management that lacks the compassion of a human being spinning their heart work arm money on this company. I’m so disappointed not only in the food but the service I received from the management was totally unacceptable Especially in 2025. Sonya needs to go back to Not only management university. I don’t think she needs to be employed by this company. She doesn’t have the common sense to work with customers. It’s common sense. after making the food the wrong way after specific instructions I brought it back the next day and she told me she doesn’t remember my order like you remember every order that comes through after spending almost $60 for my family and the orders messed up she treated me like I was a criminal. I wish I could give zero stars. I was here Tuesday. There was a customer whose hand was completely bloody and he was dripping blood everywhere on the floor and on the counters of where you place your order. I was surprised that all the staff saw his Hand completely covered in blood and didn’t offer him assistance nor did they tell him he was dripping blood. They didn’t say anything nor did they clean it up. I was disgusted and left right away I didn’t even want to finish my food. This is very much disgusting and they shouldn’t have allowed this.
