Q Hawaiian BBQ — Restaurant in Inglewood

My girlfriend and I stopped by to eat lunch. Have been coming here on and off for the past 10+ years. The woman behind the counter had a negative attitude, and poor customer service. My girlfriend is Vegetarian, and asked if #9 Plate could have the chicken placed on the side. She said, "No!". She said, "They don't make plates to order!". My girlfriend still ordered the #9 - Spicy Noodle Mix Plate. I ordered the #4 - Hawaiian BBQ Mix Plate and a Large beverage. I repeated my order to her as she was charging me. And, told me, she forgot to charge me for the drink. I told her, I still need to be charged for the large beverage. (Receipt #20240908-10034). She then charged me for the large beverage. (Receipt #20240908-10035). I then asked her for her name? She told me, "Yvonne!". She then asked me why? And, then asked me, "Poor service?". I told her, "Yes". A short time later she handed me, my order. When we opened our plates, my girlfriend's plate was supposed to have chicken. Instead of chicken, there was shrimp mixed in her spicy noodles. I went to this place for the first time on Saturday after seeing it there for years. The customer service was definitely an experience that anyone should experience. Tatiana had to issue me a refund and why am I not surprised that the t charges appear on my statement and not the credit. I will definitely not frequent here again AND WILL NOT ALLOW THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO KEEP MY CREDIT! I contacted the establishment on today and spoke to Yadira and without a doubt you do not need much training to work at Q Hawaiian BBQ.

I would never consider treating one of my patients with such disregard and without a doubt we would NOT commit FRAUD by keeping someone's credit. I knew to obtain my receipt and guard it with my life...

My recent visit to Q Hawaiian BBQ was disappointing, marking a stark departure from my usual positive experiences with this chain, which is typically one of my go-to spots for a quick, enjoyable meal.

However, this time was an utter disaster. It was evident that the management had cut corners, horrible management neglecting the upkeep of the location and compromising on food quality to save costs. The subpar quality was glaringly obvious; it's surprising they would think customers wouldn't notice.
