Visionworks Village at Century — Attraction in Inglewood

I came into this location shortly after they newly opened. I was welcomed by very friendly associates Cat & Alexis who explained their promotional deals and due to their friendliness I decided to go ahead and book an appointment. Once my appointment came, I saw the eye doctor who is private associate therefore his fees are separate from selecting glasses. I was then helped by Arsenio who then made my experience with vision works completely unpleasant. He lied about the promotional deals expiration date which o later discovered by looking at the flyer I was given the day I booked my appointment. He tried to up charge me by hundreds of dollars, and when I brought to the associates attention that my prescription was off, he began to argue with me in front of other customers in the store yelling it was not his fault and nothing was done incorrect. I did state to the manager that I would file a complaint to corporate because of him. I also made it clear that I would be reporting him more than once because he was also very rude to the associate Cat by berating her in front of myself and other customers due to his own negligence. I spoke to their district manager to further bring these issues to light. I hope that in the future the managers will hold associates like Arsenio accountable for unprofessional behavior. I had a fantastic experience at Visionworks in Inglewood and highly recommend it to anyone needing quality eye care. From the start, booking was super easy with lots of appointment slots available to fit my schedule. They accept VSP insurance, which made everything even more convenient, and the pricing was very reasonable.

The office itself is beautiful, clean, and modern, with plenty of parking and great hours of operation; getting in and out was a breeze. They also offer a great selection of glasses and colored contacts, so browsing all the options was fun.

What really stood out was the amazing staff; everyone was so patient, kind, and helpful throughout the process. Big shoutout to Dr. Angela Kwak, Abby, Arsenio, Catheryn, and Noemi for their outstanding service and care. They truly made me feel valued and taken care of.

I want to start by saying that when u first walk in the store everyone is super nice to you. I went there on Dec 13th 2024 to get my prescription and new glasses. I waited 2hrs because their system was down.. at that point I should have just left. But I stayed because, time invested. Finally new glasses are ordered, it's now jan 18, and I'm still waiting for my glasses. They asked me to wait for them to arrive I've been calling the store for updated and the few times that someone does answer I just get more excuses and asked if they can call me back with answers, which they never call back. If you don't mind possibly waiting 5+weeks for your glasses by all means please go to this place otherwise there's a target optical across the street and a costco optical a few yards away.
