Money & More — Attraction in Iowa City

I have been coming to Money and More for years. Even when it was named Mr. Money. But I am beyond pissed. I recently took out a loan on my PS4. After paying the loan back and getting my game back, I opened my game only to find my controller was broken. I called the store and spoke to Seth (allegedly the store manager). He informed me that because I did not check my game before I left, Money and More would not be willing to replace my game controller. Forgive me for having good faith that my game would come back the way I brought it in. Seth was a talking bag of hot air. He could careless avout my game controller. I'm not rich! A new controller is $59.99. I don't have money to shellout on a new controller. If I get one from Money and More it's $45.00. But how do I know theirs even work? I want to Thank you too the gentleman in the white truck today around 320pm, who walked out behind me a few mins later. After he had herd my laughing frustration with this only pawn/buy &resale shop always turns me down with anything I bring in or completely under bids the price at 5$ for a pair of pink women's Nike shoes barley warn. Of course I still feel it has to do with the one main lady their who is very snotty. Knowing 80% of the ppl 2yrs ago was all stolen goods. Now brand news stuff and completely 10× more picky.... Joanie has always been one of my faves but James is a close second, maybe even a tie and that’s saying a lot!! Had a very great experience there today even though I’ve been here and in the Waterloo location scores of times before. I was able to find some awesome equipment that I’ve been looking for, and a couple of other transactions. That really helped me out a lot.
