Went to Burnt Crumbs for the souffle pancakes again, very good. Not over the top sweet, light and fluffy. The pancakes deserve 4 stars. The ordering service deserves 1. One individual taking orders shouldn’t also answer phones or walk away doing other menial tasks. There were 4 other people available, really 7, I counted, but let’s just say the other 3 individuals were busy watching something. We got in line with 6 people ahead, inefficiency makes the line very slow. While it got a little busier, there were many open tables outside and even a couple in the small space inside. If taking customer’s orders was done with efficiency there wouldn’t be a line or it would definitely be minimized, unless that...

Another bloated failure in the realm of urban planning, this place is a nightmare. You would think they would have anticipated the number of patrons and at least designed the space to be slightly more accommodating—but no, aesthetics won out against practicality once again. With all the parking spots in the middle and the outlets on the perimeter you'll have a great time playing carmageddon with the other frustrated shoppers. Should you navigate the self-righteous pedestrians and spaced-out mutants who probably shouldn't have driver's licenses in the first place, you may just reach your destination.

This 1 star is for Valet parking people who harass market place customers .There was a rain,parking lot was full and I've parked my car to pick up my mobile order from starbucks.I've parked right in front of Starbucks and it took me 2 minutes to pick up my order.There was already a security guy outside waiting next to my car and telling me that curbside parking belongs to Valet and asked me to move my car.I pointed out other cars parked next to curbside and he said they all paid for Valet parking.Irvine Company should find a solution for temporary parking rather than forcing people to...
