RH Outlet Irvine — Attraction in Irvine

The worst experience I have ever had. My wife and I live in Vegas and drove to the Ontario Mills location today to purchase a few items. I have a RH credit card and am also a member. I did not have my card on me however they were able to look up my account with my ID. We bought a few items and drove to Irvine to see what they had (we are looking for bedroom furniture for our teenage daughter). When we found what we wanted, the sales lady told us the manager would have to look up my account as she is not allowed to. The manager shows up five minutes later and he is rude and arrogant. He tells me I need to have my RH card on me otherwise he can't help me. I explained I had just made a purchase in Ontario and they gave me my account number. He shook his head and said "nope, can't help you". Then he laughs at me and continues shaking his head. At this point, I was upset and asked what he was laughing at. I also asked for his boss's name and number. Another associate at the register tells me that if I don't calm down, she will call 911. I told her to go right ahead. At that point, the manager tells me he will not give me his boss's number until the cops arrived. I waited for the cops and when they arrived, the manager still refused to provide the information I asked for. I spoke to the cops and then left. We have shopped at RH for years and have furnished our home with their items however I will never step foot into another one of these stores. They felt compelled to call the cops because I asked for their boss's contact information. I have never been treated this way by anyone or any place of business. They should be ashamed of themselves for their lack of...

I used to visit this outlet a few times a year, but it has been almost a year since my last trip to this particular store. I’m a big fan of their oversized furniture and decorative pieces, as well as the craftsmanship of each signature item. While their products aren’t cheap, they’re worth every dollar because of their exceptional quality and attention to detail.

Today, I was warmly greeted by several associates in the store. They went out of their way to assist me, even offering to hold my items without requiring immediate payment. During my short visit, three associates approached me to offer their help. Catherine, I believe, assisted me with the first piece of furniture. Thanks to her friendliness and encouragement, I ended up purchasing a second piece as well.

I truly appreciated Catherine’s attention to detail and her effort in ensuring I received an additional 10% discount. It was a wonderful experience, and I’m thrilled with my purchases! I left with a great sense of accomplishment and the satisfaction of a mission...

I don't know what some of these negative reviews are talking about... I popped in today, just moved to the area recently, to look for some outdoor furniture as well as some occasional seating. The staff was helpful and the prices were fabulous! I got a three piece high top outdoor set and a teak chair for $668 out the door. The teak chair was better quality than my Frontgate Cassara (which is very nice btw) and originally retailed for $900...I paid $150... with zero blemishes. The two chairs and table $132 each (originally $350) table was $201 (originally $535). Monica rang me out and was super nice and they helped me get it loaded in my SUV. I would highly recommend...
