Arizona Leather Interiors — Local services in Irvine

This review is not reflective of the Irvine/Lake Forest location as the owners have always treated me very well. This is a summary of my experience with the products. I purchased a sofa and recliner in 2010 and have had multiple issues. The leather faded significantly within the first two years. More recently, I had a mechanical failure with the recliner that requires a $325 repair if I wish to keep the chair. I weigh 180 lbs. and the chair has not been abused. It clearly appears to be a quality based mechanical failure. Very disappointing to pay $1300+ for a chair and have it fail under normal use. This is an accurate account of my personal experience and as such I can't recommend Arizona Leather products unless you plan to buy new furniture...

My coworker highly recommended Arizona for all recline custom couches and she said they had a wide selection with what I was looking for. I went in despair after going to many places, when I met Denise from Arizona leather what a difference! She was extremely helpful every step of the way! Great communication pre, during and post delivery. She even helped us in finding a different set up for our living room which really was a game changer vs the traditional set up. We purchased a 4 chair reclining sofa and reclining love seat. We have a big family 😊. I cannot recommend this place enough with high quality material and service. Truly rare these days so I am thankful for my coworkers...

Sofa has some flaws and it has so far taken 2 months to get someone out. They schedule a service call for 2/1/19 and never showed up. Have to make another call to try to get someone out. Beware when looking. The velcro they place at the back of the cushions to keep them in place is too high for the cushion to secure properly. every time you move in seat it makes a ripping sound.
