El Malecón La Esperanza — Attraction in Isla de Vieques

We had the best time in vieques and were so happy with beautiful Malecon house. They reached out several times prior to our stay to help us with booking any tours we wanted to go on, getting a feel for transportation options and to make sure we were all set the day before arrival. This is a great area with a wonderful vibe. The beach side brick walkway has multiple vantage points for pictures, photography shoots, relaxing benches, local fauna and flora, trash disposal, handicap access, and stairs to beach access at a few intervals. The other side of the road frontage walkway (and East of walkway) are several shops, restaurants, cafes, hostels, inns, gift shops, tour/biobay/dive/paddle board shops. La Esperanza! I fell in love with this beautiful city because of its people and the nice beaches. The sand is not my favorite as is too rough and not powdery but still beautiful.
