Coastal Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys — Attraction in Islamorada

March 2024 Our visit to Island Time was magical!! From swimming in the heated pool to Kayaking with the manatees in the canal, our stay was totally outstanding. This house has it all going for it. From the beautiful kitchen, comfortable beds, ample linens and plenty of indoor space so everyone isn’t on top of each other. Additionally where the magic truly is in the outside space. We dined at the outside table, barbequed a lot and had some great seafood meals. Morning coffee on the roof top deck to sunset cocktails up there too, catching the amazing views. Plenty of outdoor space for sun lovers as well as shaded areas for those who need to protect from the sun. My favorite spot was on the dock, canal side, watching manatees swim by and waving to all the boaters who pass on their way out to the bay.

Having spent time in the Key’s before we expected to enjoy ourselves but this location met all our expectations and more. We fell in love with the Key’s all over again with this location being the best we’ve stayed at yet. Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood with a setting that is by far the best we have found to date. Coastal Vacation Rentals management team was responsive and easy to communicate with for any questions we encountered during our stay. They respected our desire for privacy always notifying us if ground keeper crews would be there, pool maintenance on Monday’s and even helped schedule a last minute cleaning of the in-law apartment down below during a change in guests. We loved Coastal Vacation Rentals and our month long getaway to Islamorada. Their communication and service were terrific and they made our vacation terrific. The home, Harbor Hideaway, is beautiful with gorgeous sunset views and huge private balconies. The newly renovated bathrooms are fantastic! The outdoor spaces are great both in front with the awesome pool and putting green, and in back overlooking the bay. We took advantage of the dock with a 22' center console fishing boat (nothing larger recommended). Easy access to Channel 2 & 5 bridges (tons of fish!) and fast access to the ocean and Indian Key Channel through Wheel Ditch Channel. We kayaked around Veteran Key, visited Ann's Beach, Bahia Honda state park, John Pennekamp state park, and took two trips to Key West. Great restaurants and night spots include Habanos (you can walk there), Square Grouper, Lorelei, Green Turtle, and Off The Hook (tiny very casual place with great steaks and great staff). We loved our stay at 141 Tequesta, Tavernier. The house was decorated beautifully, kitchen was very spacious, great seating at the kitchen bar, high top dining table and the BEST screened in porch that you could access from the living room and master bedroom. The outside was just as wonderful. Really great size pool, outside shaded and sun seating and beautiful wide/deep canal. We got to know the neighbors who were all friendly and welcoming. This is a quieter neighborhood with a few rentals and full-time homeowners.
