I see an issue with directions on making a sub not made like you ask for it. I guess its my fault for having to check on my dog in my vehicle while sub is getting made. Mentioned a specific way on getting pepperoni to be cooked, 3 to 5 time and why. I thought after a few times of explaining 1 detail I truly thought I cold go outside to spend my time with my dog while its being made. Very simple instructions, with lack of employee wanting to hurry with making my sub. If one person can't handle taking someones order in the middle of prepping breads, slicing tomatoes, unions, peppers, filling trays, specialy on a holiday weekend, I see an issue with this place being under staff. I live few minutes from subway. Only thing I asked to be done on the sub a few times was, when you bake the sub to make sure pepperoni got fully cooked like you see on a pizza.i feel it's rude to sit there and having to supervise the assembly of a sandwich being made. As a regular, the very nice Africa American lady gets it right everytime. Its not Marios fault he was alone on a holiday, having to do everything. Its the corporations fault, with setting a schedule when you need more than 1 person to take care of business.not that I'm picky.if I wanted to make my own sandwich at home I could've done so. At the end, thats what I ended up having to do. Disassembled the sub to toast bread and getting pepperonis cooked. I never leave reviews or care to. But I was so disappointed that the one thing I didn't want or have to do, I did. And that was to make my own sandwich when I got home.the lady that is usually there on weekends, I order sub get home and its still worm and sub looks fat and well made. Not today. It was nothing like what I expected it to be. Couldn't see the meat and thats expected frome subway. Subway needs to step up there game. Even if you double the amount of meat that they usually put, it still not a sub to brag about. This experience made me think about never eating again at any subway. BTW. I DID SEE A ROACH CRAWLING AROUND BY ONE OF THE TABLES. TO MANY SHOOURS FOR HAVING ONE EMPLOYEE. FROM PREP TO SERVICE AND HAVING TO CLEAN ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND ISN'T A WAY TO RUN A BUISNES THATS...
Read moreDo not come here. Where do I even begin? It took 5 mins for worker to come to the front of the store and acknowledge our existence. When he did finally get going on making the veggie delights it took him over 20 mins to do so even though there was no one else there. Now if the quantity of toppings were more, I would’ve let it slide but it was not. I told him to add lettuce 3 times and each time he pulled a couple of shreds and added it on. I gave up after telling him to add more after 3 times because it was going to take way too long to get the sandwich I had wanted. The bread was not baked properly and my party had to ask him to backtrack to add the sauces/spices on top. It’s clear this individual wasn’t trained correct or simply just didn’t care to perform well.
I’ll also note that the place was dirty. The booths were not cleaned at all and neither was the bathroom. There was meat in the American cheese bucket too and the fresh mozzarella had some red sauce on it.
Suffice to say, you couldn’t pay me enough to eat at this place again. If it wasn’t for other good Subway experiences, I would never ever come back to a...
Read moreProbably one of the worst Subway stores I’ve frequented. A/C was broken except for the restroom. Young man in the front did not acknowledge our presence or any of the other 3 customers that came in behind us. They all left after we stood there for 5 minutes waiting for him to rotate the bread stock. Never looked up; never asked us to wait while he worked; never welcomed anyone to Subway; never smiled. The other young man that came out from the back to make the orders submitted from the online orders never smiled or anything either.
The line had very little stock at noon.
My bread was opened as normal. The young man then took bread out of the center and smashed the rest down until it was flat. It was like eating a sandwich made with a flatbread.
Obviously both employees either do not like their jobs or they had issues with us as patrons. I think customer service training is definitely needed at this location that probably has quite a large...
