⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Unforgettable Dining Experience in Paradise!
From the moment we stepped into Kindler Islamorada, we knew we were in for something special. The décor is absolutely stunning — coastal elegance meets upscale charm, with warm lighting and an inviting ambience that makes you want to linger all evening.
We started with the crab cake and octopus appetizers, both of which were phenomenal. The crab cake was perfectly golden on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside, with just the right touch of seasoning. The octopus was melt‑in‑your‑mouth tender, charred to perfection, and paired with fresh, vibrant accompaniments that made every bite a delight. I didn’t get a chance to get a picture of the crab cakes because I dove into quick 😝
For our mains, the mahi was fresh, flaky, and expertly cooked, while the filet was a true showstopper — juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor. Every dish was beautifully plated and tasted just as incredible as it looked.
What truly elevated the night was the impeccable service. General Manager Raul made us feel genuinely welcomed, checking in to ensure everything was perfect. Our server, Rasin, delivered five-star service — attentive without being intrusive, incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, and radiating genuine warmth that made us feel like valued guests.

Read moreWe stumbled upon Kindler at the Three Waters Resort purely by chance – and what a discovery it was! With modest expectations and no reservation, we were surprised to find the restaurant fully booked, even off-season. After a short wait, we were warmly welcomed by Edwin, who guided us attentively through the evening.
The atmosphere is tasteful, the open kitchen works at championship level, and from our table we could watch Chef Benjamin Loftus personally adding the final touch to every dish – all executed at a standard easily worthy of a Michelin star.
The Grilled Spiny Lobster, the Mahi Mahi steamed in banana leaf, and the Piri-Piri chicken were perfectly prepared – rich in flavor yet true to the essence of each ingredient. The layers of taste unfolding on our palates could easily rival the signature dishes of Paul Qui, and I’m certain that sooner or later, critics will take serious notice of this rising star on the culinary horizon.
Starters and desserts perform at the same high level. The wine selection is smartly curated and – like the food – fairly priced; it pairs beautifully with the restaurant’s culinary style.
Bottom line: Great cuisine on a small island – a rare combination of passion, skill, and warmth. Take every chance you can to dine here, because sooner or later some hotel tycoon will show up and whisk this talented team away to a luxury hotel in Miami, New York,...

Edwin, our server and friend, turned the evening into something unforgettable. He treated us like we were VIPs, anticipating everything before we even thought to ask. And Steve behind the bar? Absolute pro—he kept the drinks flowing with just the right energy to match the night.
