Xhale Vapor N Smoke — Attraction in Issaquah

Update: Store now prominently features a NO MASKS ALLOWED sign. I'm 100% against mandates, but OCD and co-morbidities, and so I still choose to wear a mask. So while I like the idea, it's childish and anti-consumer, I will not stop in again. Zero stars isn't an option, so one it is.

The prices are insane, but otherwise it's a pretty decent shop. Glass prices are even higher than the retail weed stores which was disappointing. They were willing to price match an expensive electronic unit for me before, so that was nice. But unless you are stopping by to restock some supplies or look for a unique adapter, you are going to get bent over. They wanted $80 for an open-box/display mod that goes for $50 online brand new, try to charge $80 for simple RDAs. It would be nice if prices were displayed, I went in the other day not knowing what I wanted for the first time- and it was impossible to price out the build because the poor guy had to just keep trying to remember the price of items off the top of his head. It was clear I could spend 30 minutes building a kit with him only to get to the register and get a surprise.

They do however stock all the little essentials quite well. Juice isn't cheap- but it's totally competitive (if you aren't buying in bulk online and have to pay shipping- you'll pay more online). They have almost always had the little restock items I needed in stock so the reliability is good. Their juice selection is impressive, and they are really helpful with juice selection, and in the past were really good about letting you sample (I haven't bought juice in a long time).

Lastly, I would say it was a little disappointing to go in during the Covid mess and see employees without masks, but that's just sort of...

I was a bit apprehensive about visiting this shop. It wasn't the location that made me apprehensive nor the area of the shop. My apprehension was based on the little known product... Kratom.

Kratom isn't widely used yet is legal in virtually every state and is a viable alternative to prescription pharmaceuticals such as Xanax, Adderall, Oxy, and etc. After a phone call to the shop to inquire if they sold it, I decided to drop by.

Upon entering I was greeted promptly and cheerfully. Once I inquired about Kratom I was pleasantly surprised by not only their selection, but their vast knowledge of it and it's usage. The consultation I received was not only educational, but enlightening. A sheet of their Kratom inventory and it's usage types/scenarios was given to me in order for me to make an informed decision. This is something I had not previously encountered at any other shop in the past. I had to know exactly what I wanted before I walked in the door at other shops.

Once I decided on the type(s) of Kratom I desired, I was surprised to receive a discount ... just because!

Although I've visited a different shop in Factoria and Redmond, I'll definitely purchase Kratom from this shop in the future. And...

Will not be returning to this place. I went in on a Saturday to buy 4 puff bars and a bag of Kratom. Today I opened up a new puff bar to smoke and it didnt work. So I went back to ask for a new one being one of the four didnt work. When I walked in the same guy that was working on sat was also working today. I told him the puff bar i got didnt work and he let me know being not same day he couldn't let me return to get one that works. Go to this place all the time and now will never return over yes 12$ to keep a customer happy. Bad customer service. Find it hard to understand how someone cant return something they dont know is broke until opened a few days later. Do they expect someone to smoke 4 puff bars in just a day to know they can...
