First time client here (spoiler, I will be back). I have been waxing/sugaring on and off since 2018, trying out several other places in the Seattle and surrounding areas.

Emma checked me in and made me feel welcome, even acknowledging that it was my first time here and letting me know how things worked. She also gave great food recs for after my appointment.

Best Brazilian sugar of my life. Daisy was so knowledgeable and explained the steps and what she was using (and the ingredients) the whole way through! Did not hurt one bit, and very pleased with results.

The hygiene situation is top notch as well. Surfaces were clean and everything had a place. The cleansing wipes they stock are obstetric medical grade. They sanitize the bathroom between clients, and everything smelled clean and fresh (not covered up).

I bought a few items to try out, as recommended by the very knowledgeable staff (who have tried the products themselves). Clean and natural products only. This place is amazing. They research and stock from small companies that help people and animals with each purchase. They are even trained in oncology and carry a special line of skincare products. As a provider who follows and supports these types of patients from their diagnoses, through different tiers of treatment pathways, I was incredibly impressed to see this level of human care and training at Suite B. Brooke is a sugaring/waxing goddess. I was extremely nervous to try it for the first time, as I'd only shaved a few times in my life and usually just kept things trim (at 30yo). Not only was her staff extremely welcoming, but she walked me through the entire process and made me feel comfortable getting my first Brazilian. I've gone back at least 4 times new (every 5 wks) and things have just been getting better!

I am very prone to ingrown hairs (hello, curly hair!) but she's helped me find the best process around them and never pressured me to continue getting the service. She also lets me nervous chatter through the entire appointment - which would drive most people nuts.
