We usually have such a great time here but this time was a little less enjoyable. They were busy as there was no school that day so I'm sure that affected things. We waited in line just to get in for 15 minutes, which I thought could be avoided by buying tickets in advance but a friend pre bought tickets and still waited in line behind me. When we finally got to the front to pay, they told me it would be 45 minutes before we could jump. Try explaining to a toddler how long 45 minutes is and that they have to just sit and watch for a long time. Its ridiculously expensive. It cost me $24.50 for me and my 3 year old to jump for a half hour. I also had to buy food to try to make the time pass more quickly for him. Theres not really anything else to do in the plaza while waiting. Also, we had our own sky socks but were still charged for them. I gave the lady $25 and she didnt give me my change. I know it's only 50 cents but it was strange that she didnt give me my change back. I ended up asking another girl for the money back for our socks. Well probably just go to skymax in the future as they're basically the same thing but it's much more affordable there for a single mom to take her toddler to burn off some energy. Toddler time at skyzone is only offered during the time he is in school which is a much better price but we cant ever go. I wish it didnt cost more than a night out to dinner just to play...
Read moreMy son has always loved coming here, but it's always very busy and the younger children need more supervision. They are too young to understand the rules and I don't see the employees redirecting them when they are doing something that could cause them to hurt them see and others. When my son was younger I would go up to the area he was using and watch from one of the benches but this last time while I was sitting up there one of the managers or assistant managers approached me and said I'd have to buy a pair of Sky Zone socks if I wanted to sit up there. I'm not sure if that's always been the rule, but it was definitely the first time I was ever approached about it. I apologized and went back downstairs, but I was thinking that they should speak up like that to the kids acting dangerously. A girl had shoes on and wasn't watching where she was jumping and banged into my kid's mouth so hard it loosened his tooth (thank goodness a baby one) and his mouth was bleeding. Had the employee watching that area been making the little ones follow the rules that wouldn't have ever happened. The only thing he was worried about was if he was still going to be allowed to stay since we had only been there about 10 minutes or so. Once he knew we were staying he rinsed his mouth out until the bleeding stopped and got right...
Read moreKids and adults can have a blast!! I took my petite 3 year old, wondering how it was going to go with people jumping all around her, but they have a closed off section for parents and kids under 4. Very nice and private, as we were the only ones with a child that young. My 12 year old enjoyed the basketball hoops as well as the rope ladder and both kids went crazy for the foam pit. We didn't partake in dodgeball, but it looked fun. My fiance and I had a blast too, we felt like kids again.
I saw flyers for sensory day, where they designate two hours for children with spd and the like, with lower music and hands on attendants. Very cool skyzone!
They offer lockers for your belongings, as well as a change machine, a snack booth, party room, general sitting area, a lounge upstairs as well as massage chairs. My step dad, who is older, has trouble walking and doesn't get out much, loved watching the kids jump while getting massage. A+ would recommend and will definitely go back!
