Sleep Number — Hotel in Jackson Township

Beware! You are now paying a lot for the sleep number name. You no longer get the sleep number quality, the sleep number service, or the sleep number accountability. After two months, countless visits which required time off work, self diagnosis on the bed, in store lack of knowledge, mind numbing phones calls, and most importantly lack of sleep. We still have a make shift sleep number with emergency caps on the mattress so the air will not stay in the chambers. Or is it the hoses or pumps? I can assure you no one at sleep number knows or cares. Do you know that a store will take your 6,000.00 for the unit, but you have to call customer (un)service to try to return and then pay 250.00 for bed removal. True story. Ask before you buy! Save yourself arguments with them, with spouse, lack of sleep, pains and aches and go with another company. I never leave poor reviews but wanted to let you know. I am sure they are going to respond to this by telling me to call customer service so they can tell me how to fix the bed. Not your old sleep number...

Bought a top of the line bed $10,000. One side quit working the day before Christmas. I've had a major surgery and have been sleeping on a flat bed for three days. I called. My wife called. They don't want responsibility. They just refer to corporate. Corporate only wants to try to self diagnose. I can't crawl under the damn bed to look!!!!!! They won't come out to look at it for a week or more. A $10,000 bed, and nobody will come fix it!!!!!!! Don't ever buy a sleep number...

WE purchased a bed here a little over a year ago....within 13 months it was not working properly. When we contacted them they diagnosed the wrong problem (pump) costing us $200+ and then when correct problem found (the bed itself) would cost us more money because it is over a year old. Very disappointed that a bed over $4000 did not last much more than a year before started having problem and it appears no one wants to...
