I was referred here by my family doctor for an allergy test after experiencing a reaction. I wish I wouldāve read the reviews before scheduling. I was scheduled for what I thought was my test, turns out it was just a consultation. I had to pay $200 up front when signing in⦠with insurance mind you. I then met with Dr. Bogdan to explain to him why Iām here for an allergy test. He seemed to not care at all why I was there and just wanted me out the door as quick as possible. Not personable, or kind. After my 2 minute consultation, I was then sent back to schedule my allergy test. I was told a $50 deposit was required to schedule a test. And that the $50 would go towards the amount owed at the actual test. I received a call 2 weeks before my appointment saying I will owe $171 upon arrival for the test and asked if my $50 deposit would go towards that⦠the woman who answered my call was unsure if it would and told me I would have to pay in full and that the $50 might go towards it later on. ⦠huh? The same day I got this call, I got a bill in the mail with a balance of $190 for a new patient fee + ear wax removal procedure that I did not even have done??? So essentially, Iām out $600+ and I havenāt even gotten the allergy test done yet!!!! I would absolutely not recommend this place. Read the reviews!!!! Listen!!! Itās not even like the people working here were nice⦠truly an awful experience and I will not be coming back. Cancelling my allergy test before they charge me...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMike was amazing in testing me and setting up a plan for my allergy treatment. Especially important since I am allergic to 49 of the 54 allergens they tested me for. I was recommended weekly allergy shots, I was still going to school out of state and would graduate in May. I offered to drive back and forth to get them started due to the severity of my allergies and let them know that I have an internship in Florida from August 2022 through February 2023. We set up a treatment plan that would start in May right after I graduated and they would continue to supply my shots and I would be able to take them to Florida with me. All a great plan, called back after I graduated and was told by a completely rude and nasty nurse that I would not be able to be treated in the treatment plan approved by the doctor since I would be moving at the end of the summer. She said it would be too expensive and not worth it for me, a choice I should be making. At this point suffering as badly as I am no amount is too much sadly. I said I would have to think about my options and call back. I was very upset and ended up having my mom call since she was present at the appointment and I didn't understand why I couldn't be treated anymore. The same nurse not only was rude to my mom but said that she didn't say any of that to me. I have now called to request my records multiple times since May so I can see a different doctor and they will not get back to me to...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePractice manager is very rude and disrespectful. Insists on her on way. You have to talk in a very soft tone. Sorry if you have hearing issues because she is not emotional mature. In fact, Julie can only handle positive emotions because she takes things way too personally and can not understand if some is upset by receiving bad care. Criticism is too hard for her ears. She is too rude to just patiently listen to a patients story. My reaction was an appropriate response to her bad behavior. She just has no people skills. In an animal behavior class I took from the University of Edinburgh, the professor said "when people are not feeling heard they usually escalate their behavior until they feel heard. The same is true of our dogs." Why a doctor of veterinary medicine knows more about human behavior than this practice manager is a good question. It is also incredibly sad. If you ever want to know what not to do to de-escalate a situation, hang out with Julie because she is a perfect example on what not to do.
Dr Smith. dropped otoscope on the floor, didn't clean it. Claimed my ears had no wax. highly unlikely. you would more likely win the lottery than to find zero wax in my ears. I had an Otologist that used to clean my ears every 3 weeks. Dr. Smith used excessive force on my recent incision. Which he would have known I had if he ever paid attention to his patients. He is cold. Heartless. Rude. Told me I was in the wrong chair. Just...
