Went there this morning (7:23) for a mocha frappe and a white mocha iced coffee. 12 minutes later, the girl is still taking orders for the people who came in after us. 7 people to be exact. When I asked her how much longer it would be, she tells me "after I finish waiting on the people in line." There were 4 more people in line. I requested a refund, which she did give except for the tip, which she kept and I didn't realize until I was home. I came here during the Folk Festival. I was informed they were about to close and was given two free donuts. I thanked her and promised I would return for breakfast in recognition of her kindness. Started out great when opened. Gets worse each time I go and yet price increases. This morning, no do-nuts in the whole place (at a donut shop).
