I stopped by Jo-Ann for a tape measure. No more than 80 people allowed in at a time, cutting down on people being too close. Great customer service. The check out line appeared long because of the decals on the floor for social distancing, but it was really speedy. Only one problem, and it wasn't because of the store policy. No, it was 3-4 other customers. None of them were wearing face masks, they proceeded to get into my space on the check out line. When I kindly pointed out the decals on the floor, the big male in the group got salty. I again, pointed to the decals and asked him to please move back to the 1 his group should be on. He was livid that I asked and called me an a-hole. For wanting to protect my health AND theirs, I'm ok with being an a-hole, as long as they got out of my space, which they did. People, please be kind to one another. Just because you or someone else near you is ok about not wearing masks, don't assume others feel the you do, especially if that person is wearing a mask themselves. I will visit Jo-Ann again, knowing it's a great store that is concerned about the health of it's customers, even the illiterate, arrogant potty...

Burlington was very well stocked and had plenty of staff. There was a lot of people parked and still plenty available .The security was extremely helpful. I felt safe and the store was clean. Entry with a wheelchair or stroller would be easy. My cashier was also helpful and friendly. Polite pleasant experience all around. Plenty of stores to choose from. There was not litter or beggars . Nice evening shopping. Great clothes and prices. They also had a lot of shoes. Phone charging cords were offered in alot of attractive choices I do recommend this shopping experience. The highways 295 and 95 were busy but had less traffi than the day time. However the road signs were. Hard to see and things were poorly marking. You could drive quite aways and be unsure of when to exit. This is especially true of the toll expressway. travel especially .
