Read moreThe Google reviews regarding bad customer service are understatements. It’s not often that I encounter employees who are flat out nasty. Because of those two ladies who closed this evening, this business receives one star, which is too much. That is unfortunate, since it looked like the store had a wide variety of items I would’ve loved to peruse through.
This was my first time shopping at this store since its opening. I arrived at 5:55 and they were closing at 6. I knew exactly what I wanted and had tried to call before coming, but no one picked up. Instead of greeting me when I walked in, one woman quickly told me that they were closing in 3 minutes. I asked her where a product was, and instead of walking me over, she told me where I can maybe find it if they carried it. Guess she doesn’t know what her store carries. While I was scrambling trying to get what I need in time, she and her partner had positioned themselves on either side of the door..ready to go. I grabbed my items and found myself awkwardly alone at the counter.
The only saving grace was Matthew. The two ladies gave him a hard time for helping me instead of running me out of the store. He told them I had 5 minutes and to just leave since it was an issue. They chose to stay and continue to dish out more attitude. I had to ask him was he sure he wanted to continue helping me. They continued mumbling on, right in front of me.
One of the ladies held the door open as I walked out at 6:00. I thanked her and received no response.
I know someone who received the same treatment.
Ladies. If you don’t like what you do, get another job. Since you said you didn’t like being there all day, get a job where you don’t have to close. If you stay, your manager should arrange for customer service training. Enough of these reviews and you will drive her out...

I actually attempted to contact the store TWICE via their email and customer contact forms online to request a modification to my order. No one responded to me and has still yet to do so. I called the actual store and spoke to who handles the online orders. Porsche seemed unable to help me at first because my modification would cause me to need a refund. She later called back and offered a different solution. Which I obliged. However, the order took another week to arrive, which I was charged for priority 2 day shipping, and it what I actually received was not the same value of what I originally ordered. Needless to say, poor customer service and clearly just about the money. Won’t get my coins again! Thanks for nothing Porsche!...
