1 star due to butchered haircut and sad ownership.

Really cute shop, welcoming atmosphere, a lot for the kids to do. Booked 2 cuts, one for my son and a dad cut for my wife (Cherub Dodson) on 6/20/25 at 12:15 and 12:30. Ree has the sweetest personality and did wonderful with my son. His cut is a little uneven but nothing I can’t fix at home. On the other hand, my wife’s hair was completely butchered. She got in the car and looked in the mirror and burst out into tears, I was too stunned to speak while we were in the shop as she had already whacked off 4-5 inches of hair on the top of her head. As we all know, it can’t be put back on once it’s cut off. We ended up having to go to another barbershop where they had to completely buzz her hair off due to how unevenly it was cut and fix her fade as the fade part of her hair wasn’t even blended. You could see the lines from the different levels. She is devastated as she walked in with about 4-5 inches of hair on the top of her head and ended the day with a buzz cut. I called the shop and they told me they don’t do refunds, we could just come back so they could fix it. ABSOLUTELY NOT and we already had to pay again to get it fixed.

Needless to say, the staff is really nice and friendly and did a decent kids cut, other than a kids cut (if you aren’t picky) DONT COME HERE!

In addition, I received a call from the owner who informed me that we would not be issued a refund but we could come in and have her hair fixed, even though we had to go somewhere else to have it fixed. Really sad way to...

Yesterday we we to P&C for my son’s first haircut. He is 1.5 years old and was very unsure about the whole experience. He cried for the first few minutes. Joy was very patient with him as he squirmed and cried. Eventually he calmed down thanks to watching Ms Rachel, playing with some of the toys provided and distracted by the bubbles that they made for him. Overall, I highly recommend Pigtails and Crewcuts and Joy. As part of the first haircut package they took pictures during the process for us (Airdropped them at the end), printed one picture of our choice and gave us a lock of his hair in a cute card as a keepsake. Also, the haircut came out great, he looks adorable and we will definitely be back. Thanks for the great experience! We LOVE this salon! My kiddo has been a few times, and Byrdie is so sweet and patient. The salon is spacious, very clean, and decorated in bright, whimsical colors. There are tvs all throughout playing kid friendly movies, and 4 adorable vehicle chairs so little ones can pretend to drive while sitting still for a trim. After their cut, they can visit the treasure chest and pick a cool prize!

There's a waiting area with a train table, as well as an additional quiet room where kids can color, watch a movie, or play video games. I think they offer birthday party packages as well!

Not only is the salon adorable and full of the cutest amenities, the staff and owners are all lovely and kind. And the cuts look great! Byrdie even squeezed me in for a quick trim after and was done with my son!
