Rowe's Supermarket - Baymeadows — Attraction in Jacksonville

While I’m usually a big fan of Rowe’s and the items they stock, and I was super excited when I found out they were opening this location. However, this location is. HUGE disappointment. They have a female employee that consistently works the self checkout who has been extremely rude on multiple occasions. Today I was doing a majority of my grocery shopping because I was off. I have no problem scanning my own groceries. This employee - whom I usually try to avoid comes up and just starts grabbing my stuff and aggressively scanning and moving it around in the cart without so much as saying a word. However, I was NEEDING to scan My necessities first and then how far we we got with the total as items went on. I needed this as I’m having to strictly budget because my husband is in the hospital. When I tried to stop her and explain multiple times, she rolled her eyes at me and was like these are scanned already. I tried to go through the list to see what I could take off so I could stay within my budget, but then she walked off and ignored me. I ended up just purchasing $20 over my budget due to her refusing to acknowledge me to take off items, and there were things I needed right then for my kids. She was unhelpful and rude. I tried to call the store as I was leaving to speak to a manager - and it was her that answered the phone. I will not frequent this location ever again unless I’m contacted to have this issue resolved - which probably...

Well, we went since the Opening Day, we found almost everything, except the item named " Mexican Chorizo " The Store looks so clean since the Main Door Through all the aisles. Every aisle has labels, so doing more easy to find your groceries, the parking lot it's enough and nice, since the first day of our shopping, noticed that almost all the Young Girls, located at the Cashier's, are very proactive, asking you different things about your shopping experience, they are kind. Today's I'm took the decision to come back again, I found almost everything again except" My Mexican Chorizo" I hope some day, I'll find it! Today's I have a pleasant experience, because I have to much items in the Básquet, I choose to get in line, suddenly a young lady told me, come to the express register, my kindly Congratulations for her, very proactive and delivering a Pleasant experience to me, the Customer, I'll give her ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🌠🌟 more of 5, because, she deserves the Best. Generally speaking I loved the prices, a HUGE difference with others supermarket around #JAX. To finish I would say that our family have Mexican ethnicity roots, I think so, that was de main reason to give a ROWE'S Supermarket an opportunity, we'll back again! A very beautiful and clean looking store. This store has a large selection of everything lots of international foods and flavors. I would have given five stars but twice I’ve been very disappointed with one lady who serves in the hot prepared food section fixing plates wearing her mask lowered under her nose. I have ordered the lunch special before (very good and fresh tasting) but now a mask is required and we ALL must comply that means nose and mouth coverage!!! The lady asked next I asked was she going to pull her mask up she looked at me and said next. I guess that was a NO. I rang up my groceries and asked for the manager I explained to her what had happened she apologized and told another store personnel to go to the back. I thought for sure I would never see this employee wearing her mask under her nose with the pandemic. I completed my grocery shopping and was going to get lunch but there she was serving food with mask under the nose. I will never purchase hot prepared food from Rowe’s. I hope the store manager reads this. I don’t think I’m the first person to report this and I certainly won’t...
